子打4个剂量的 polio vaccine。下面是 Mayo clinic 的治疗方案。可以看出来是没有
药物的。

人类医学最重要的进展就是从抗生素的发明开始。抗生素，疫苗的应用，使最初大规模
杀害人类的
传染病，感染而得到控制，人类才能免于被灭种的灾祸。想一想Tetanus, Diphtheria,
Pertussis, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella (Chicken Pox),Tuberculosis,
Polio现在都有疫苗可以控制，还是因该感谢西医的发展；抗生素发明前，连肺炎这样
的疾病都是致死性疾病，也因该感谢西医。
另外，从诊断上看，西医不仅建立了系统的实验室检查，还有日新月异的影像学，基因
学等检查。
西医的另一个优势是外科。比如大量的先天性心脏病，冠心病通过手术能治愈或缓解。
大量的骨科疾病也能有效治疗。有些肿瘤如果早期发现已经能够根治，比如乳腺癌，胃

随着医学的发展，某些癌症比如儿童的白血病的根治也得到了空前的发展。这些都是西

与这次中国疫苗丑闻没有可比性。
那被称为“Cutter incident” ,是美国1955年第一次研制的脊髓灰質炎疫苗（Polio
vaccines）又稱小兒麻痺疫苗。该事故是由于当时人类认知水平导致的错误造成的。后
来调查结称为“无过错责任”，虽然有关人员包括卫生部门负责人被解职。可以说是人
类第一次对抗“小兒麻痺”时的事故。

花的人。由于这种感染源的“毒力”较新鲜的病毒弱，接种的人一般只产生轻度的天花
，被接种人的体内会对天花产生免疫防御性反应，获得对付再次感染天花的免疫力，从
而预防重症天花的发生。人痘接种实际上就是一种用人的活病毒的人工免疫法，或者说
是用轻型天花来预防重症天花。这种免疫预防法，是牛痘接种术发明以前最有效的预防

打， 估计是应为疫苗生产厂家不同。我家宝宝在美国打了2months和4months的,在北京和睦家打了6months的，现在和睦家说要打18months的，这里的姐妹如果宝宝在国内的都打了这额外的一针吗？考虑到前两针就有90%的功效了，第三针后有95%功效，不知道这针有必要吗？谢谢。 |

另外选什么样的医院，经济因素是要考虑的，的确和睦家的医生诊费很高（500-1000不
等，而且每次都要付），但如果你在美国的保险cover80-90%的费用还是值得的，这个
最好打电话问问你的保险公司。我们当初选和睦家的一个原因是这家有POLIO的针剂而
且是进口的而且保险公司也cover大部分。 |

，Polio，Rota，但是一定要距离上一次疫苗注射时间至少超过四周，而有的是一定不
可以提前的，例如，HepB，Influenza
