发帖数: 3 | 2 在公司我遇上了一个脾气比较拗的中国同事，不知该怎样才能跟他打好关系。
跟他争论本来就是毫无意义的。经理安排这个人帮我做点东西，我就分工给他，说明我
想要什么和什么时候要完成之类的。本来是什么事都没有的。可是那个人不知怎的对我
提出了一些不必要的要求，我觉得他这么做是把他那边的工作推给我，所以表示异议。
但这个人态度强硬，坚持一定要这样做，还直接用吵嘴的语气说话和拍桌子。我觉得他
态度恶劣，但工作上这些要求也不算过分，就答应了。本来事情到这一步就应该结束了
。但他依然态度强硬，明明没事都非要继续吵下去，而且似乎有点否定我的idea。我觉
得很pointless，不想跟他争下去，但他似乎有点jerky，态度很差，没完没了的继续坚
持。
我跟这个人是合作关系，同属一个boss，专长属于不同的分科，理应没什么竞争之类的
。而且同是中国人，同是新人，大家都不容易。尤其他还要工作签证，在这个市场状况
里工作不好找。我就希望两人都能工作顺利，少走弯路。大家都来自中国，文化上更接
近一点，日后合作和互助的机会比较多。看他态度和谈吐，我觉得这个人没什么水平，
也不想得罪他或者伤害他的感情。我觉得出来工作 |
