时网上没有plush firm的，又看到那么多国人推荐extra firm，就买了，结果第一天晚
上没有睡着，后来加了很厚的mattress top也没有好很多，结果刚换成plush firm的，
就睡了一个好觉，plush firm比较适合我这把老骨头，呵呵。 |

去年根据北美华人上的考古
在macys买过stearns and foster的carried way系列
extra firm，Q SIZE的1650左右
睡的不错，很硬
可惜梅西现在不卖了
我把收集下来的文字再贴下（以下来自论坛，"我"非楼主）：
1.华人上著名的Simmons Beautyrest World Class Corita Extra Firm。大家反应Local店质量比网站好，但是可以尝试着price match
2.extra firm确实不适合侧睡。我去试的时候，sales都说extra firm不适合一般人，是给那种体重特别重的人。看我侧睡的时候，身体很多部位都空着，根本就没什么support。我还是买的plush firm的，这款其实比firm要硬，不过我睡得正好，很舒服。

前一个周末去店里看的时候，店员给测了一下睡觉的压力分布（说实话，没太明白），
建议我们买硬一点的床，但是最好上面带plush。
去US Mattress上看了一下，好象一加plush，硬度一下子就下来的。大家有没有谁有经
验的，这个plush倒底该不该加？
对了，去店里试试没太大帮助，除了那些特别软的，其它的觉得在那里躺一两分钟跟睡
一晚上是两回事。 |

上网查了查，发现床垫的学问还真不小。分成几类 innerspring, memory foam, latex
, air. 不知道每一种都有什么特点，利处和弊处。有用过的吗？能说说嘛？
牌子也很多，sealy, simmons, etc. 不知哪个牌子更实用可靠。还有，床垫还分 firm
, plush, pillow top 等软硬程度，我是不是应该选firm? 还是plush?
