好的包装而已。但是这个外衣要起到好的作用首先里子要完善。里子没有做好直接套外
套当然是不伦不类。
里子好的前提不是所谓的老百姓民主的素养怎么样或是公知精英的数量有多少，而是整
个社会的利益分配是否基本定型。一旦利益瓜分的过程基本上尘埃落定，那就是可以实
现民主的时候了。西方国家成功民主的例子无非两种情况，一种是利益瓜分完毕内部斗
争终结，比如当年的英国，另一种是社会资源充沛利益冲突不尖锐，比如早期的美国。
但这两种情况中国都不具备，恰恰相反，中国现在是利益瓜分争夺正酣，人均社会资源
匮乏利益冲突极其尖锐，现在玩民主无异于plunge into disaster. 你不妨放眼看看世界
各国的例子，凡是不具备上诉两个条件之一而要民主化的国家都是失败的结局概无例外。
唯一一个西媒眼中的例外大概就是三哥，至于三哥的民主不提也罢。哈哈。 |
