2. 后排放倒可当cargo van (minivan ok has bigger interior space)
3. tow (boat, RV, trailer)
4. snow plow
5. better snow and offroad capability.

In DC area, you'd better get AWD. FWD is not adequate. Particularly when you
get in and out of the snow block the snow plow truck makes it ways.
For the price, I think it's pretty good, but why don't you wait for 2014
model, which is better in many sense. If you have budget problems, get a 4
cylinder with AWD, which is better than V6 with just FWD. |

torque to the rear as needed. If you need extra traction then engaging VTM-4
Lock would lock the rear differential and send power to both rear wheels.
VTM-4 Lock sends up to 53% of torque to the rear differential up to 6mph,
between 6mph and 18mph the torque bias is slowly diminished and by 18mph
there is no more lock.

车宽，需要停车技术好，普通车库进出要小心。
油耗是一定高的
悬挂和GM的SUV比偏硬
好处：
多用途(我是用来拉RV，拉自行车，前面挂Snow Plow. 可坐8乘客，
也可以当有cap的pickup用，第三排座可以完全电动放平，第二排可以放平，有4 x 6的
cargo space. 6 尺是常见的pickup bed的长度。
highway上非常稳
非常reliable(因为powertrain更新少) |

if you see your neighbor driving a beaten civic in winter, then you should
be able to do so too.
technically, if the road is plowed quickly and not covered in ice you don't
need all wheel drive.
some SUV like CRV has all wheel drive system that is next to nothing, but
people seldom realize it because most of them do not actually need all wheel
drive at all. |

花街的捣蛋，挤空或砸价，其实是制造极端价供精明的散户收割暴利。

这次咱室外做Deck. 再不好，室内装书房。实在不行，咱停播了，改行上别处混去。
所谓乡村版Deck： 大，粗旷，做工不要求很细。（相对 现代版而言,后续）
工序：
1， 申请 permit. Flowing the permit instruction, building code.
2, 挖柱基，地下3尺。Wait for footing inspection.
3,灌水泥，固定柱子。加 header 到墙上，加大梁（double beam）到柱子上，加小梁
从header to 大梁。图1， 图2. Wait for structure inspection.
4， 加面板。 要整根的，用 3” Deck screw 从下往上固定。Make sure no visible
screw.
5，加护栏，加楼梯。图3， 图4. Wait for final inspection.

a safe access to the residence. That means, you need to plow the snow for
the main door and side-walks.
For the long drive-way or parking lot, it is really optional although most
tenants expect you to clean for them.
If i were you, i would check your rental rate, if it is below market, i
wouldn't do it ...
