maker dough setting and found out that all of them cost very little.
dish washer full cycle(not hot start, no heated dry) 0.47 kwh
washing machine: 0.28 kwh
bread maker dough setting: 0.05 kwh - 不可思议
eee netbook running with emule 10 watt - very good, even less than my wifi
router.
另外发现有些待机设备很费电。kill a watt还是很不错的。plano附近谁需要用的可以
找我借，我这也算保护自然了。 |

内的会比较
好。因为老人会来探亲，我们需要买4或5个bedroom的房子。看的房子如果是10年内的
，开价大约都是
$100/sq ft左右。经纪跟我们说一般砍价卖主也就接受5%左右的。可是我们一个朋友说
现在是
buyer's market，应该找builder 照着$80/sq ft要，大家觉得可能吗？我在realtor.

看到一个这么便宜的，大家能不能分享一下10年内的房子4或5个bedroom的，floor
plan合理一点
的，一般要价和单位价格在什么范围内？

75025,75024。其他的zip code都没看。听说75093又老又贵，75以东就不考虑了。麻烦
大家再给讲讲。
我看的主要都是10年以内的房子。这栋是自住房，不是投资房，主要想学区好点，生活
方便点，今后resale容易点。好像更喜欢75013的房子。刚刚来德州，就怕不了解情况
买了太贵的今后卖起来难。

subdivision that you want and what kind of house that you like.

有很多房子可能LIST PRICE或者说就值这么多钱。
但是这边本来100/SQFT的房子，比如说PLANO一间5年新，
4000尺$400K的房子，你上去就给人家还32万，不被轰出来
就不错了。呵呵。。 |

如果你纯粹看学校成绩好坏，Skaggs elem.-Rice middle school-Jasper high school这一区域是plano区成绩最好的啦，不过都是亚裔孩子们拼死拼活搞出来的成绩，看你自己是想让孩子去力争上游呢，还是稍微轻松一点点。我是觉得这点点差距不算啥，没必要让孩子学那么累。 |

2。所谓的好学区就是靠老中和老印的孩子死磕把成绩抬上去。=〉孩子活得累。
我不想孩子活太累，也不想自己活太累。力争上游我鼓励，但是去那样的学区就成了逼

我们家刚从LA搬到德州这边，也是看到什么房子都觉得好，哈哈哈~ 后来在Allen买了
房，3000多尺的，算entry level呢。。=,=
至于高中，我是这么认为的，足够好就行了，没必要顶尖。学校里有几个好老师就够了，至于平均水平，不那么重要。以后你的小孩选honor课AP课，肯定是好的老师上课啦，班上的同学也是好学生啦。那些烂人也不会跟你的小孩在同一个班，所以烂人多一点少一点无所谓啊。当然不能太多啊。。
