TAB，有些牌子是在那里的。
LZ应该是要从OFFICE REMOTE ACCESS家里电脑而已。家里电脑用REMOTE DESTOP或者VNC
SERVER都可以。关键是在ROUTER上开必要的PORT。VNC你装的时候有提示啥端口。至于
自带的REMOTE DESTOP嘛，TCP 3389，如果内网有多于一台PC，另一台的默认端口还可
以改的。 |

信号很好，只是pattern很奇怪，大多数人show的staining是环状的，cytoplasm里表达
罗。
可是我的结果总是整个细胞都有信号，我用了两个不同公司的抗体，包括DAKO，用
confocal时
pinhole也设得很低，应该比核小多了。希望板上高手达人指教。谢谢。
另外，如果做cytokine和receptor的costaining，是不是假设所有cytokine都会bind到
receptor上呀？那这样的结果就是cytokine的staining包括了所有receptor的staining
呀。

exclude anything from the laser. The laser beam will penetrate the whole
sample...Hope someone can clarify that. |

bleach没有任何关系
laser在不同的位置的强度可以通过公式计算出来，bleach的速度与laser的强度相关，
理论上是可以计算的
但是由于不同的样本对光的穿透性不同，以及样本对光的散射，导致无法精确计算在样
本上不同位置的光强度
如果你的东西bleach特别快，用3d扫描不是一个很可行的方法
当你在扫描某一个layer的过程中，你同时bleach所有layer的样本 |

数目和显微镜参数也可以做。
第二个问题，怀疑光路设置有问题。比如选反射镜的时候可以控制反射的波长范围的，
可以降低在其他channel的信号。和pinhole及gain的设置也有关系。 |

efficiency）在30-40%左右，对red 或者far red的检测效率更低
普通的fluorescent microscopy 用的是CCD 或者EMCCCD，效率在60-70%
confocal由于pinhole的存在，不但屏蔽了out focus的光子，同时也屏蔽了很多有效的
光子。
这两个原因，造成了confocal比普通的fluoresent microscopy的bleaching严重
a
sample。
