，哈哈，买了模具，周六在家里试验不同的方子。
我把觉得好的方子贴在这里，说到健康和好吃，这个方子黄油特别多，但是没有黄油，
这个madeleine蛋糕就不好吃哦，就少吃两口吧。方子虽然也是网上找的，但是确实是
试验了几个，觉得这个方子比较松软可口。做过戚风蛋糕的人做这个一点难度都没有，
无需静置，立刻就可以做，前提开始的鸡蛋打发好，加糖后再打发两分钟左右，lemon
的皮真的起到了很少的作用，非常的香啊。
Ingredients
2 large eggs
2/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind
or 1 tablespoon lemon juice

小棉袄一直在我肚子里打嗝，超级cute！
坐在办公室里无心工作，就想着明天快点到来。怀bb最高兴的时候是照b超了。今天１
８周了，上上周五做了第二次唐筛，结果正在等，先求祝福，希望一切正常。
身边的朋友已经开始下注猜男女了，如果bb一切正常，周末bbq开局。所以我也来网上
娱乐一下。猜对的前２０个发包子。
第一个娃，没经验，尽量说说症状。
(1) planned 的，可是来的太快，还没来的及吃vitamins。：－（。第四周发现中奖了
，估计是xx过了４０小时排卵怀上的。感觉到排卵的pinch，当然也有可能是我过敏了
，不过，11-week b超跟我估计的一样。
(2) 前三个月，没什么大反应，不吐，不过涨气严重，早饭午饭挺高兴，晚饭都吃不下
什么东西。胃反酸，香焦西瓜都酸。不喜欢油烟味，尤其是中餐的味道. 喜欢汉堡，草
莓，小西红柿，芒果，弥猴桃，青苹果。晚饭勉强水煮豆腐青菜偶尔吃鱼。晚上刷牙干
呕，有次吃多了刷吐过一次。嗜睡，白天没有任何异样，但是下午４点开始犯困，晚上

你怎么不说我天天喂奶，泵奶呢？ 你每天换尿布的时间加起来，有没有给她喂奶，泵
奶，洗奶瓶的时间多？ 当然这也没什么，我当妈的，都是应该的。
生小孩之后的几个月里，我的手腕都很疼，手指一度疼得无法伸直。连一个奶瓶都抓不
住，更别提给她换尿布，我根本抓不住她。给她喂奶的时候，也必须用Glider，用
nrusing pillow。我就是连把宝宝从一边换到另一边喂奶，都抱不住她，手腕的疼的直

我在宝宝出生之前买了 chicco key fit 30 travel system，当时挺得意的,觉得配
套的就perfect。用了几个月，出门看到别的妈妈推Britax B ready，顿时觉得Britax
好太多了,娃娃面向自己，位置高,遮阳棚大，于是决心也给宝宝换一个。我的基本要求
是：宝宝可以面向自己，而且可以坐的比较高，容易调换座位方向尽量避免晒到宝宝。
Contours Options 3 Wheel Stroller：这一款是我找到的reversible stroller里面最
便宜的，只要169，且声称大多数carseat都可以和它配套。

我家小孩也经历过同样的事情，刚来这的时候英语不好，被别的小孩欺负了也不会告状
。家长一定要教小孩几个常用的词，各种不同的打法，比如说hit，pinch等等。至少要
教一两句“XX hit me. he hit me first.”之类的，让他可以跟老师讲。小小孩子学

如果你只让他自己在学校里掌握，也是可以，但是过程会慢很多。
我们只给儿子上过4个月不到的preschool。但是我们平时教了他一些基本的。
所以才上2个月的K，英文进步很快，现在也不再用特别教他了。
现在他回家跟我们说话有时都带几个单词，句子也能说不少了。像hit, punch, push,
sting, pinch,scratch这些词都会说了。 |
