会通过的？现在需要的就是共和党拿回国会，再搞几个合法移民的piecemeal，那时候

就来一句＂共和党本质上是反对移民的＂。
共和党里面的保守派确实反对任何移民，但是每次选出来的竞选总统的大都是温和派不
是么？如果连咱们这些移民都宁愿相信民主党比共和党支持合法移民，共和党的温和派
更没法混了，真正支持合法移民的力量只会越来越弱。
民主党DREAM通不过，只好借助CIR的合法部分来拉拢共和党的温和派，并在参院取得了
成功，版上很多人说合法的没票没人care，其实才不是，那本来正是tip天平的最后一
点法码。可是民主党搞CIR时，已经失掉了众院。如果民主党2010年底控制三权时推的
是CIR，而不是DREAM, 咱们现在早都拿卡了。可惜民主党不care合法，宁愿单独过

布什给STEM延OPT，但骨子里是歧视合移的，绝对是合移的阶级敌人
奥巴马给非移发EAD，但骨子里是向着合移的，那才是合移的大救星。
DEM国会费半天劲只为了通过DREAM，天天都是为合移着想。
GOP国会通过了一大堆合移的piecemeal，其实目的是为了阻止移民。

行清盘的过程中，发现这些导致他破产的租客仍然住在他的楼房里，激愤难当！他与这
些租客发生骂战，并升级到肢体冲突。事后，租霸恶人先告状，报警把房东送进了牢房
。可怜的房东，因为不懂租务法律，白白失去了心爱的房子，一生的积蓄也化为虚有，
还失去了做人的尊严。
这样的故事天天发生，华人业主的租务纠纷，让许多人倾家荡产。甜美的美国梦，有可
能一下子就掉进官非的深渊。这样的故事罄竹难书，令人心酸。三藩市的租务法律为何
到了这种不公平的地步？这要从其租务条例的简史说起。

You are partially correct, and maybe differences of opinion are so minor
that they are moot, but I do continue to give Obama a little more credit. In
part I think that Obama has been trying to give out what he can in
piecemeal fashion to us in the GLBT community, possibly in priority order.
Life or death issues = hate crimes bill. Job discrimination = ENDA is next.
