按下CTRL+X,CTRL+S. 而CTRL+X 是PICO的退出命令,
加上CTRL+S , 控制台就死了. 普通情况下按CTRL+Z
就可以了, 但是在PICO里还是不回来,请诸位指点,谢谢! |

和ChIP-seq没任何问题，效率一般，超声时间长一点儿就行
最近换了一台Bioruptor Pico，超生效率非常NB，但是ChIP-qPCR做不出来了，没有
enrichment，Ct都特高
抗体和Protocol绝对没问题，都做好几年了，一直没问题，就是换了这个sonicator之
后就出问题了
有人用过这个么？希望分享一下经验

I would say that Spring has grown to a point where it's no longer comparable
to pico. Spring offers a lot more than Pico.
Don't get me wrong. Pico is a great IoC container, and still has lots of
fans. What I like Pico particularly is precisely that it tries to remain an
IoC container.
So, it's that same saying again - the right tool for the right job. 8-) |

Pico 属于 Killington 经营的另外一家雪场，在同一个山脉 (Green Mountain), 两个
base lodge的开车距离大概20分钟。
票是分开卖的，Pico要便宜的多，而且人数也少. 很多 Local的都会去那里而不是
