下the uterus is not enlarged measuring 6.7*3*5cm.
Uterine echotexture is homogeneous; there are no uterine masses. the
endometrial strip measures 0.5cm which is normal. There is a mild amount of
fluid within the endometrial canal, likely physiologic.
The left ovary measures 2.9*1.8*1.8 cm containing a few small follicles. The
right ovary measure 3.6*2.6*2.1 cm, containing a few small follicles. There
is no free fluid in the cul-de-sac.

其次 Gender vs Racial，在法律是习俗上，还不完全一样。
对于两个不同 race 的 individual，（不是指 statistical data），
在 physiology 上面没有多少能直接跟 race 相关的区别（除了肤色眼睛
颜色这种没啥用的 traits）。
而对于两个不同 gender 的 individual，在 physiology 等 trait
上面有直接的差别。
但就这样，gender-based AA 在法理习俗上也是不应该的。实践上看到的
往往还是 individual's social-economical status based AA，只是
常常跟 gender 强相关而容易过度解读。当然就算那些也需要合理，
over-protection 也不应该。 |

我的意思是，奥数奥物这种纯粹看技巧的比赛，性别导致的 physiology 的差别
一般就不考虑了。
Faculty 还是不太一样，faculty 是个 lifetime long job，女性由于 physiology
的限制，因为养娃生娃啥的，通常倾向于不那么卖命去理工科当 faculty。
而如果女性不肯来干，literally 这个社会 lose 一半的 brain power。
但这个本质上是由于 job 的 setting up 历史惯性造成的。对于一般混饭吃的
job setting up，不需要搞得这么狠，这样男女都乐意干，奶爸推妈都乐意干。
（当然从这个角度看，马工行业最混日子 friendly 了。
我前面是举两个极端方向的例子，faculty 其实是介于两者之间的，因为本质上
professional trainor （简称 professor）也是一种体力活不是？// run |

1993年，一个骗子提出gay基因的概念并将之定位在Xq28，后来无数学者都证明题其研
究是无法重复的，但gay基因的概念不断被无良政客用来欺骗就缺乏常识的民众。 稍微
有点遗传学常识的人都会有个疑问，在遗传上极其不利的gay基因如果存在也应该在进
化中被淘汰，于是其它骗子为了圆谎有抛出gay uncle 理论，即gay 基因会对女性携带
者繁衍有利所以能够通过女性隐性遗传。
