voice connection will be counted into the data plan, not count to the
airtime.

5x, Blu HD R1, or the ZTE Zmax 2. These are all budget phones.
Since my mobile usage pattarn vary, my main provider is H2O payg, with
additional per day data pack from Att Go Phone as needed. I also have a
couple tmobile based sim cards that I could use for voice calls, so I am not
set on stone on getting a dual sim phone, considering att would lose 2G at
the end of year.

Your data cannot be validated by the system.
I followed an unlock instruction from dealsea.com. At the last step, after I

there should be no hidden fees.
I got the deal last year around xmas was paid 30 bucks + tax for phone and
card. Then 30 bucks refill (10 bucks into account for 3 months), then 30
