Parking: Every city is the same, meters in philly may cost little more than
other places.
Insurance: Cost more in city but ok outside. If you drive used car, it won't
be much.
Maintenance: You can find cheap garage anyway.
Tolls: Infact it only because philly is too close to the "tollbooth state". |

2月底，忽然想出去散散心。住在康州６年，从来没有想到要去费城看看。上次去普林斯
顿时，发现离费城只有一小时的车程，便动了去philly看看的心。正巧实验室里有个在ph
illy长大的小孩儿，他还向我们热情推荐了去吃phillys cheesesteak的好去处。决定行
程后，在priceline上bid了downtown的Hilton Garden Inn, $44/Night. 就和LD高高兴兴
的出发了。
三天玩下来，感觉费城是为数不多的有历史的美国城市。许多地方看上去不起眼，但若你
走近一点，多花点时间，就能欣赏到它那被时间的灰尘掩盖住了的美。三天是远远不够di
， 所以我们肯定还要来第二次，第三次...
基本行程如下：
周五晚：到了费城，吃了真川味，水煮鱼和重庆辣子鸡， 好吃。
周六：早上在醉仙楼吃了dim-sum, 不能免俗的追着National Treasure看了Liberty
Bell, Independence Hall, constitution center.
周日：驱车去了闻名遐迩 |

Fresh fruits and vegetables, cheap price.
Produce Junction (many stores around Philly) have some good deal for
vegetables too. The fruits at Produce Junction is not very good but they
sometimes have three big yellow lemons for a dollar. Iced honey and lemon
water, very healthy for the body if you play sports.

path, biking path, 有灯塔，有纪念碑，有烧烤游戏草坪... 我去过三次，每次都去
了不同的地方，包括最近的一次是上个星期。philly->pitts->erie lake->pitts->
philly. 每次去时都不记得上次去的是在哪里，因为不是司机, hehe.
。google地图上就有了。不过好像开过去要7个小时，比我想象的远些 |

If you are willing to drive, there are some nice Chinese stores in Philly
China Town (45 miuntes, search for Race Street of Philly on google maps)
Cherry Hill of New Jersey (60 minutes from Newark) have a very good Korean
Store (H-Market) and Chinese Store (美东) - they are pretty good.
Wang's is the closest one, you most probably need to pay more, and it is
relatively small.
They all have different kin |

a 3-bedroom house. Since it's already very cheap compared to other districts
, at least it won't drop down in 3 to 5 years, I believe. And also more and
more Chinese are buying in South Philly. This district is becoming better.

traditional chinese food.
Also any good place to stay (within 30 min from park is ok)
Last if you travel alot, let me know which route choice is better:
I am picking up a friend's kid from front royal, we can take either 81 to
Harisburg and using 76 to Philly or back to baltimore and take 95 to Philly.
Any other comments welcome?

suburb of Philly. If you drive from Pgh to Philly, you will pass by KoP after
getting off turnpike. Rumor says the big shopping mall there is arguablly the
second biggest of US, behind American Mall of MN. |

第一天上午10：40am到DCA，打算在DC玩到第二天中午，
再朝NYC的方向开，晚上住在Baltimore或者Philly
如果可以在DC玩两天，第三天早上出发经Baltimore和Philly去NYC也可以。
不打算转DC的博物馆了。
这个安排怎么样？
第一步要了解的是在DC住什么地方比较方便？打算找个靠近景点的inn住下。
如果只是靠近DCA的地方有车租，那就一下飞机就租车，住得远点也可以。
