God gave Moses a preview of all that would take place in his dealings with
Pharaoh (vv. 21-23). When God said He would harden Pharaoh’s heart (v. 21),
He was not saying that Pharaoh would be unable to choose whether he would
release the Israelites. God made Pharaoh’s heart progressively harder as
the king chose to disobey God’s will (cf. Lev. 26:23-24).

PIEGA C3 LTD

(Reuters) - The world's oldest recorded joke has been traced back to 1900 BC
and suggests that toilet humour was as popular with the ancients as it is
today.
It is a saying of the Sumerians, who lived in what is now southern Iraq and
goes: "Something which has never occurred since time immemorial; a young
woman did not fart in her husband's lap."
It heads the world's oldest top 10 joke list published by the University of
Wolverhampton on Thursday.

The world's second oldest joke, found on the Westcar Papyrus, is a gag about
a pharaoh, widely thought to be King Snofru: "How do you entertain a bored
pharaoh? You sail a boatload of young women dressed only in fishing nets
down the Nile and urge the pharaoh to go catch a fish."

Exodus 14:4
And I will harden Pharaoh's heart, and he will pursue them. But I will gain
glory for myself through Pharaoh and all his army, and the Egyptians will
know that I am the LORD." So the Israelites did this.

》》Exodus 4:21 But 【I will harden his heart】, so that he will not let the
people go.
Exodus 8:15 But when Pharaoh saw that there was relief, 【he hardened his
heart】 and did not heed them, as the LORD had said.
Exodus 7:13 And 【Pharaoh's heart grew hard】, and he did not heed them, as
the LORD had said.
“I (God) will harden his heart”和“he (Pharaoh) hardened his heart”如果从

4:21 The Lord said to Moses, "When you return to Egypt, see that you perform
before Pharaoh all the wonders I have given you the power to do. But 【I
will harden his heart so that he will not let the people go】.
7:3 But 【I will harden】 Pharaoh's heart, and though I multiply my
miraculous signs and wonders in Egypt
9:12 But the【 Lord hardened】 Pharaoh's heart and he would not listen to
Moses and Aaron, just as the Lord

You have my admiration.
I do not know how you convinced yourself to believe what you believe.
Look, I have a son who is almost 5 year and half, but he only knows about
1500 English words. If I teach him that "Lord hardened Pharaoh's heart"
actually means "Lord allowed Pharaoh's heart to be hardened, Pharaoh
hardened his heart by himself, it has nothing to do with Lord", I am sure
next year he will be placed in Special Class for Students with Special Needs.

Act 1:1-11 Jesus Taken Up Into Heaven
1In my former book, Theophilus, I wrote about all that Jesus began to do and
to teach 2until the day he was taken up to heaven, after giving
instructions through the Holy Spirit to the apostles he had chosen. 3After
his suffering, he showed himself to these men and gave many convincing
proofs that he was alive. He appeared to them over a period of forty days
