发帖数: 97 | 21 一大堆从大陆来的。看来还是要拔苗助长啊。感觉很多是一个高中生在暑假里到一个实
验室作2个月试验，发个摘要。得最高奖的那个，用mesothelin早期诊断胰腺癌，基本
没有实用价值。只要胰腺有点小问题的，像胰腺炎，囊肿等mesothelin有很多都会高。
如果推广，还把人吓死。
可能更多是奖励他的给一百多个实验室拒绝后还不罢休的精神。

其实说我不着急是不公平的。自从儿子确诊后，我已经带他看过很多大夫了。美国有一
群专业的非主流医生，称为DAN! (defeat autism now) doctor，他们大多是自闭症儿
童的家长，有MD学位，但不同于主流医生，他们相信自闭症和疫苗的因果关系。他们的
治疗基于补充自闭症儿童体内缺乏的维生素，矿物质及其他营养物质，以及天然和人工
的排毒疗法，包括螯合。据我所知，他们的治疗对绝大多数的自闭症儿童均有效果。我
们已经看了三个DAN!医生了，儿子的进步是明显的，但是语言还是迟迟没有出来。我对
於用药是很小心的。儿子目前用的全部是天然制剂或维生素，矿物质，没有任何的西药
成分。这也是我为什么对螯合疗法疑虑重重的原因。

我得指出的一点是： EPA的这个资料里明确说了：他们只测了短期的毒性，
但是他们认为长期的毒性应该是由短期的毒性积累后引起的。所以在短期没有毒性
的情况下就没有测长期毒性的必要。

狗这些动物，需要一个safety factor才能给出对人的参考数据，这就增加了不确定性
。不过这个伦理问题太严重了，因为毒理实验要的是dose－response，绝大部分实验都
要上非常高的dose，比如你给出的链接里提到的“human volunteers were given
pesticide doses hundreds of times higher than levels considered safe for the
general population”这个对一般人来说太恐怖了，造成伤害的可能性太大，所以即
使通过了这个要求，志愿者也会很少吧，和做营养品的试验比起来；而样本少意味着误
差高～～

protein做得已经很多了，低毒极低也是被认可的，间接说明这些消化产物的急性毒性
也是极低的。至于bt protein的积累毒性，一般的蛋白类toxin很少能产生积累毒性，
因为即使他们能够进入内环境，也会很快被识别，清除，具体涉及到bt toxin，血浆清
除实验（三种途径，口服，呼吸，静脉注射)是有人做过的（McClintock, J. T.;
Schaffer, C. R.; Sjoblad, R. D. A Comparative Review of the Mammalian
