终于觉得准备差不多的时候，看到了律师的样板，3-5页的personal statement，快崩
溃了。
再写3-5页，只能把推荐信内容往里凑合。就是直接告诉IO 推荐信也是自己搞出来的。
看起来都是近亲。
我还以为因为是通过律师申请，所以需要personal statement。下一步就是跟律师切磋
了。

人在加州，刚收到正式的TITLE和PLATE，想PERSONALIZE PLATE，好像只要网上提交，
也不需要提
供车辆注册信息，过几个星期就可以去DMV PICK UP。
这样的话在拿到新PLATE后是不是重新申请TITLE呢？还要重新REGISTRATION吗？
PS:现在的FIRST PAID是321￥，真不想再花这个钱了 |

导师曾经跟我说过国内学术气氛不好，比如有人讲座提问题只能夸奖，要是问个有挑战
的问题就会觉得你是来踢场子的，然后讲座的人会变得非常personal。打球踢球也一样
，稍微上点身体对抗就会打群架。但是美国这里相对就比较好，比较就事论事，场上吵

今天在LA fitness体验了一次personal training, 觉得挺好的，我自己没法push自己
那么厉害。
如果继续做的话，买12次的话，enrollment 50刀， 然后每次25分钟60刀。
如果买52周，一周3次的话，是每周105刀，每次25分钟。
这算是合适的价格么？不知道有没有人用过personal training,效果怎么样啊？
另外今天带我做的是他们的manager。买了他们的服务以后，就是其他人带我做了。我
觉得直接买52周的，还不知道是谁带我做，这也略不靠谱啊。 |

4公里的样子。体重最轻的时候是去年跑本地的10公里赛的时候，105磅。那个时候锻炼
规律，饮食也控制得严格。今年冬天的时候饮食比较放松，没控制碳水，后来天气不好
加上伤了膝盖跑步也被迫停了。体重一下子就长了13磅。估计长的全是脂肪。
我是体脂比高的体质。属于那种虽然体重不重，但是没什么肌肉的类型。易胖，而且力
量小。从小到大的体育课投掷铅球就没及格过。
今年在学校的gym办了卡，可以冬天锻炼。现在想请个personal trainer帮我减脂增肌
不知道是不是有用？
一方面我自己从来没练过力量，不知道从何练起，想让人教我；另一方面也想事半功倍
，希望专业的意见能让练习更有效。
不知道大家有没有请personal trainer的经验，效果如何？

约见了三个gym的personal trainer，现在有点犹豫不知道请谁好，请大家帮忙看看吧！
我跟每个PT都说明我想tone up，想长点肌肉，身体紧实一点。三个PT，没有一个帮我
量体脂的，基本当我说到体脂比的时候都露出不屑一顾的笑容，然后大致问下健康情况
，有没有哪儿带伤就完了。
第一个，很小的小gym，一间屋，二三十台机器，keiser 系统的。PT 带着我用了些奇
怪的东西，套脚上的resistance loop，还有一种半圆形的球，站在上面，晃来晃去保
持平衡的，然后是一些练手臂啦，腿啦，torso twist，之类的器械。PT 自己说她不喜
欢那种练到胳膊腿都酸痛的动不了的。她现在还没有certificate，而且兼职搞按摩，

其实， 有心的话， 网上这类教程非常多。 自己看看youtube 就可以了。
俺认识的一位 personal trainer, 他就是自己照者youtube 练的。
但personal training 对于入门比较有好处， 因为他会直接给你锻炼的窍门， 矫正
姿势， 而不是要自己体会。
至于激素， 那是不可能的。 |
