先申AA personal Amex，进行到第三步，自己用右键点击拿到application id,
打电话用语音系统查，当时被拒，不知道为什么？离七月份申已经两个半月了呀？
不甘心，再申Business visa，进行到第五步，创建了online id，
一兴奋没拿到application id.

前几天正好让孩子画了他自己，胳膊、腿、手指都有，但都像树枝。以前让他画过一次

先说我自己的情况。女生，身高1.6米，体重118磅。之前一直的锻炼只是跑步。每天3-
4公里的样子。体重最轻的时候是去年跑本地的10公里赛的时候，105磅。那个时候锻炼
规律，饮食也控制得严格。今年冬天的时候饮食比较放松，没控制碳水，后来天气不好
加上伤了膝盖跑步也被迫停了。体重一下子就长了13磅。估计长的全是脂肪。
我是体脂比高的体质。属于那种虽然体重不重，但是没什么肌肉的类型。易胖，而且力
量小。从小到大的体育课投掷铅球就没及格过。
今年在学校的gym办了卡，可以冬天锻炼。现在想请个personal trainer帮我减脂增肌
不知道是不是有用？
一方面我自己从来没练过力量，不知道从何练起，想让人教我；另一方面也想事半功倍
，希望专业的意见能让练习更有效。

最近想系统的健身，就找了学校gym里的personal trainer，充值了10次session，$30
刀一次，每次一小时。
学校gym里的personal trainer有两个男的A和B。先找了A，时间不match，于是找了B。
跟B零零散散训练了5次，觉得很满意。
于是跟B约定了时间，一周三次。但是从7月中旬开始，B开始用各种理由cancel
appointments，连续两次，后来就直接没理由也不来了。发短信，email也都不回。我
跟这个supervisor说了这个情况，然后还问了说账户里剩下的5个session怎么办。
Supervisor跟我说下周一给我给definitive的answer。可是到了那个周一也没有回复。
一周后（今天），我发了个email给这个supervisor，问怎么解决这个问题。他说，既
然A跟你的时间不match，那你还是跟B继续训练吧，我刚跟B联系了，B说愿意继续train
。我觉得很莫名其妙，搞的好像是我的原因所以不继续train一样。

下面就是Jeff在去年准备病理Residency申请的Personal Statement中的一些感
想，希望能对同鞋们有点帮助，也对前辈用自己休息时间帮我修改PS表示衷心感谢。声
明两点：1).只代表个人观点，难免有肤浅和片面之处；2). 这个帖子主要是讲病理PS
的写作，其他专业的童鞋根据自己的实际情况加以取舍；
Jeff去年花了很多的时间写病理PS，刚开始时写了好几个版本，但是很不满意；多亏版
上hemocell前辈几次耐心的修改；现在再看看自己写的第一稿PS，真是惨不忍睹。我对
