分析总结起来他就是一个贩子，不想让我知道了，不应该是偷车来卖的。觉得有点小受伤，本来我买一个给自己的新年礼物，却在去年的最后一天就这样被摆了。费事费力，伤情绪。幸好的是还没有给支票。
早上跟卖车人打电话了，说因为你不是title上的那个人，我不买了。人家说no worry, you made so many problems, I put your name on the title. 然后就挂电话了,我想跟人说text me your address, I can send you 20 bucks to change the title, 都还没有说出来。昨天我说我现在不拿你的车和title，也不能给你支票，等去DMV弄好的时候再给你，他是暴跳呀如雷，说不卖给我了，直接就喊我下车，后来又好了点。
现在还是有一点点担心，他填了我的信息在title上面，我也签了我的名字。这样子的事情应该不会给我带来什么法律上的责任吧？ 车是1.20就registration 到期。

false report不是最要紧的，即使abuse逮进去最后很可能就是罚款。要紧的是perjury
