1. Italian Beef. It's a Chicago thing where they take roast beef, put it in
a sandwich, top it with peppers, and dip it in beef juice. It's seriously

酸辣烤鱼
鲫鱼(tilapia)整鱼一条(以下配料按2磅重计算，按鱼的大小按比例增减)，去掉鱼鳞和
内脏，清洗干净，鱼的两面用刀切花，方便腌制入味
Jalapeno 2个，剁碎或搅拌器搅碎
Serrano pepper 1个，剁碎或搅拌机搅碎
可选项：口味重喜欢灼烧辣味的可以加Habanero pepper一个（不喜灼烧感者慎重）
生姜1/2盎司，剁碎或搅拌机搅碎
大蒜瓣1/2盎司，剁碎或搅拌机搅碎
青柠檬一个，挤出汁与以上配料混合，挤完后的可以塞进鱼肚子里
Cumming powder 3 teaspoons
Tumeric powder 1 teaspoon
Coriander seeds 2 teaspoons

香菜叶少许
盐适量

进步不少。这是最近结合百度知道琢磨出来的五香牛肉，老公很喜欢！他来自江西，喜
辣，不喜甜，特别讨厌中餐馆总是做甜的牛肉。
言归正传:
菜名：五香牛肉
材料：牛肉London Broil Beef （如图1）
调料：盐、Cayenne Pepper, 黑胡椒、五香粉、干辣椒、Bay Leaf,料酒、花椒 （如图

BTW:发现我们附近的外国人超市的调料也很不错，特别是这个Cayenne Pepper烤排骨、
烤鱼、烤鸡、红烧、烤羊排都非常好吃，辣得正好，颜色也漂亮。
做法过程：
1. 先把牛肉泡水，冰水最好了，去血水一个小时吧。我妈说这边的牛肉比国内好，一
点儿也不腥气。
2. 给牛肉两面message: 盐--Cayenne Pepper--黑胡椒（少量）--五香粉（主角量多些）
--干辣椒
3. 锅中热油少许，小火煎牛肉两面至肉变色油变少。（如图3）
4. 锅中倒入热开水与牛肉齐平，下多点盐，下两勺料酒，几片Bay Leaf,和花椒。水开

吃肉太腻，家里正好有鱼，就做了个亚洲风味的stuffed bell pepper，觉得很清爽.

其实这道菜相信对于大多数在外留学的童鞋都会做了，因为总是在校内、围脖、脸书上
看到各种煎三文鱼的晒厨艺照片！哈哈哈~~~ 这道菜实在是简单好吃又营养，太适合留
学生了！哈哈~ 不瞒大家说我还真是第一次做这道菜。因为这里非冷冻的三文鱼比较贵
，除了吃鱼生的时候会买，平时舍不得买来做熟了吃，总觉得很浪费哈哈。冷冻的三文
鱼虽然随时都有卖而且也不贵，但担心做出来会不好吃所以从来没有尝试过。平时更喜
欢买perch做蒸鱼，买tilapia做煎鱼或红烧。昨天看到版上有MM做了香煎三文鱼PO照片
上来，馋得不行，也管不了冰冻不冰冻，就直接把家里一袋三文鱼解冻煎了。虽然肉质
肯定不如新鲜的鲜嫩，但总的来说味道已经很不错啦~~~
其实都怪自己有时候对食材的品质太过于挑剔纠结，以至于很多其实很想吃的菜都没吃
到。比如“辣椒炒肉”，因为在这里买不到湖南的那种青椒，所以来美国快一年了竟然
从来没有做过辣椒炒肉！要知道以前在家这可是几乎天天吃都吃不腻的菜啊！还有番茄
烧牛腩，这也是我以前在国内最爱的菜之一，因为在这里买不到牛腩，所以纠结到现在

1/4 cup citrus (lemon and lime) juice*
3 cups fresh cilantro, chopped
1 1/2 cups red onion, finely chopped
12 large serrano chili peppers, seeded and finely chopped*

主要是出去吃饭，waiter们老提个大胡椒桶问: "you want any pepper on your soup"
or whatever the dish it is..
辣椒嘛，要不就是bell pepper，要不就是Jalapeno，所以一时没把pepper跟辣椒联系上 |

baby food是不吃了，
我们又爱辣的。
我们妞要上托，要带饭（托的饭忒不健康了），
所以咧，我最近在潜心研究给她做什么吃的。
学习之后知道了，还真不能乱吃，
每天营养要均衡：
－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－
12－24个月的娃，
Grain， Fruit， Veggie，Protein， Milk每天的摄取应该是：
3， 1， 1， 2， 2 （serving size）。
具体一个serving size就是：
Grain：一片面包 or 半杯米饭 or 一杯cereal
Fruit：一个苹果 or 一个香蕉 or 一杯水果
Veggie：一杯蔬菜
Protein： 一个蛋 or 1oz肉 or 1tbsp 花生酱
Milk: 一杯奶 or 酸奶

当然娃跟娃不同，这就是个大概的概念，我家妞是远远吃不到这个量的，所以具体咱们当娘的自己调整。

法，但是看到很多人会了，所以也没有回帖。没想到第二天起来一看，这个贴已经成了
一个大热贴，后来pepper就封了。
你回来发了这么长的一个帖子，说明你还是认识到自己是错了，我觉得知错能改就是了
。抢玩具部队，骂人也不好。知道就好了。
其实我觉得你真是比较认真的一个人，（以前就觉得了，我一直记得你又一次说要给
100（?)包子,结果发现没有办法申请版面发，因为要手续费，所以你是一个个手工发的。人家问你
为什么不少发几个呢，你说说出了话就要做到。）
可能自我意识也是比较强的。所以才会出这么个事。
同意楼上说的，我们谁没有什么毛病呢。
总结总结，歇几天，过几天就没事了。 |

个帖子才知道原来还有那么句回复然后被删了，难怪pepper会反应这么强烈。。如果大
家都看到了，风向可能会不大一样吧。这事情的确不够厚道，说实话挺腹黑的，pepper
头脑一热就大字报了。 |

发帖数: 773 | 50 我也潜水看了全程直播，上来冒个泡。本来pepper mm一发帖我就想回的，后来看了
masara的回贴觉得很和我的回贴差不多，就啥都没说，结果看到了我觉得很莫名其妙的
大坑。
我也觉得无论是谁都没有权利站在比别人高一等的地位上对人批评教育，指指点点。
难道自己就真的够格么？就算对方不对，也是可以和气地建议，那种觉得自己就一定是
对的，好的，道德一定是高的人，我也觉得满滑稽的。
pepper虽然想法行为不符合众人的sense，但是我看有的回贴建议就很合情合理，
pepper自己
也觉得make sense就好了。为什么一定要咄咄逼人，不是也挺有失风度的么？
这样以外人的身份教训人，我觉得更不make sense。。
我觉得我当妈妈后，比以前温和多了，要是放读大学的时候，谁这样教训我，我大概会
用眼神杀死她吧。 |
