在1099-R 中federal income tax withheld 也是这样收的（20% federal tax+10%
penality);
但是用turbotax 报税时，好像又收了一次 10%罚金？请问有什么办法？

understanding, only those crimes which are classified as MTC (Moral
turpitude crimes) may cause problems. The classification is related to the
penal code of your state. So better consult with an immigration lawyer in
your state before you cut a deal with the prosecutor. |

According to INA, USCIS has 5 years to rescind a GC that was ineligible at
the time of approval. PD not being current is a clear case of not being

只是我个人对Tier 2（可能是IO)的职业操守或者人品也没有太多的信任
如果是同一个接电话的人，会不会积怨了，反而故意拖延处理楼主的case？或者此后对
同类人的电话产生了stereo type的想法？
之前还听到人说，他们的律师说walk in FP还会导致不必要的complication，意思可能

要penal clearance的证明。拿着这封信去湾仔的警局办理。记得去之前在警局的主页
上下载三个需要的文件，填好带过去就可以了。他们不会交给你，会寄给移民局。记得
你的申请在澳洲哪个office办理就可以了。
btw，现在申请PR很慢啊。我是一家三口，6月初ENS提名到现在还没有下来，前几天说
开始办理一月份的PR申请了。鉴于目前合同年底到期，开始办理457了。good luck! |
