用手按压感到深处有很痛的感觉，不压时隐痛，有时有针扎刺痛的感觉。隐痛时感到大
腿根、腰部涨等说不清的不舒服。
肠镜检查没发现问题，两次CT(腹部 and 腰部-pelvis) and 泌尿系统B
超也未发现问题。6月右侧腹股沟内侧也出现疼痛，但没有左侧疼痛的厉害，感觉到不
舒服，按压时感到疼痛深度较浅。
7月上腹部肚脐右侧也开始疼,涨 针扎刺痛的感觉. 同时感觉右左腰部肌肉
涨酸。无便血，尿血，无白细胞增加和血沉快（血，尿检).

庭医生也约到一个星期之后，所以就去急诊想去让开点药，先撑着到看家庭医生。
到了急诊医生按了肚子，其实就是胃和十二指肠附近疼，其他地方都不疼。结果医生抽
了几管血，所有结果正常。
然后给做了CT abdomen pelvis with contrast。当时她们只说做CAT Scan，也没解释
，没跟我做任何交流，就让去做，我也不懂CAT Scan是什么。回来一搜才知道是CT，而
且属于辐射剂量最大的一种。hold breath 3次，看网上资料最少受到的辐射20mSv。直
接就超过放射科医生一年最大规定剂量（我的是15秒受到的照射）。
现在好像对低剂量辐射诱导癌症的研究不多，有人为人体修复能够抗衡低剂量辐射，有
认为即使低剂量辐射也会对细胞造成不可逆转的损伤。想问问这样的剂量在短时间内对
我这个年龄有没有很大的损伤。最近打算要孩子，尤其担心对孩子的影响，现在后悔死
了，心情一直很低落，好几天都睡不好觉。
不知道医生为什么做这个CT，是不是太草率了，我觉得最多做个胃镜。后来家庭医生说

，低血压/休克，DIC早期等等）。血象倾向于细菌感染而非肝病毒，在强力广谱抗生素
治疗下好转又恶化，一种可能是大量细菌死亡释放的毒素加强了免疫反应（白细胞升高
，发热，高crp, 血压下降等），另一种就是感染灶没有得到控制，还有就是耐药菌感
染。
那么第一个问题就是这个感染灶在哪里？右颈部疼痛肿大，有没有做CT去看看是不是
retropharyngeal/tonsillar abscess？腹部疼痛有没有CT abdomen/pelvis看看有没有
abscess?如果有的话可能需要手术引流才能得到足够的控制。尿检/尿液培养/超声看看
是不是尿路感染上行引起肾盂炎/脓肿？有没有关节肿痛排除septic joint?有没有胸片
排除肺炎？
至于药是否对症，这么多天的住院，血培养的结果和sensitivity应该已经有了吧？

prognosis. Studies show people with metastatic disease in average live about
11 months with the best standard treatment (FOLFORINOX); without treatment,

disease, only 20% of them can be cured. This is the sad and realistic fact.

排除任何腹腔内出血或其他急性病的可能性，ER本来就是保命的地方。没什么特别的症
状最好别去ER，看自己的家庭医生先。
等你看到CT的bill时才知道什么更可怕。如果保险不cover，你至少付几千刀。 |

腺引起么。
某些病变会映射到胃部疼痛，实际不是胃部的问题。我不是医生，无法给确定的回答。
ER很多时候是为了免责，所以做全面的检查。CT abdomen pelvis with contrast 是非
常常规的CT检查，不要太过纠缠了。 |
