刺络放血配合艾灸治疗盆腔瘀血综合征腰腹痛

[摘要]目的：观察刺络放血配合艾灸治疗盆腔瘀血综合征腰腹痛的临床效果。方法：对
30例盆腔瘀血综合征出现腹腰痛症状的患者，选择委中、足三里、阴陵泉、阳陵泉等膝
关节周围的穴位附近瘀络进行刺络放血，然后在关元、中极、归来、膀胱俞、八髎进行
艾条灸治疗。结果：分别于治疗前和治疗1周及2周应用VRS(疼痛程度的口述分级法)及
NRS(疼痛程度数字分级法)进行疼痛程度评分，通过观察疗效，治疗后与治疗前比较有
显著差异(P<0.05)。结论：刺络放血配合艾灸对减轻盆腔瘀血综合征腹腰痛有较好的疗
效。

发帖数: 1451 | 4 真有意思阿，我觉得孕妇不觉得自己是病人吧，而且心情比较好。妇科病人本身可能就
有一种羞耻感，所以更不愿意让男学生在旁边了。
我今天是亲手做了一次妇科检查，带我的医生让我自己做了pap,pelvic exam,病人很活
跃，很开朗，还主动提出要不要做肛查，结果带我的医生很少做过，就问我坐不做，我
说俺在中国经常作，她就让我做了。结果看我做完，大跌眼镜，大叫，“You really
did it!”。今天比较好玩的就是这个了。其他时候基本也都是僵硬微笑的站在一旁，不
过感觉脸部肌肉稍微松驰了一些。
哦，还让我给一个病人用 nitrogen liquid去身上的皮肤lesion,可惜我胆怯，不敢使
劲砰，结果医生变拿过去刷刷刷就喷好了，自己懊悔半天，下次要是还有机会一定不能
再那么胆怯了。

that's not entirely true. scheduled C/S is a very simple procedure. the
safest delivery in my opinion. SVD can have many long lasting side effects
because of pelvic soft tissue stretch and injuries. The downside of C/S is
potentially limited number of C/S that you can have before uterine rupture

软组织损伤跟术中术后各类并发症大到羊水栓塞，小到子宫修复不良等等，还有几年十几年
以后的可能由破腹产引起的自闭症诉讼比起来...
很惊讶国内的破腹产观念传到这里。
当关系到患者和家属需要做重大决定的时候，作为旁观者和专业人士，应该给怎样的意
见？
当事人的医生到底是什么意见，从一开头他问“知道美国和国内不同，指征掌握的比较严。
所以想请教有啥办法可以做到这一点？”就能猜上一二了。
我很想知道，作为医生，自己的病人用别人（特别是同专业者）教来的观念来挑战自己
的决定的时候，会怎么做？

pain are different but if a physician never had the idea that acute
pancreatitis can be a complication of pregancy, he/she just would be

光确认 是由左右 腿骨长短不一造成的。大腿和小腿骨加起来左腿比右腿短4公分（儿

you have time to find them.
建议提前一年就开始联系PRECEPTOR，有的NP学生甚至说自己是找好了所有的PRECEPTOR
才注册NP PROGRAM,交学费，当然你不用那么AGGRESSIVE,但是提前一年就联系
PRECEPTOR是有必要的。有的PRECEPTOR临时换工作，或者需要请假做手术，度假，或者
出去做medical mission，PRECEPTOR也是一大堆破事。还有的PRECEPTOR在你开始前的
一个星期突然告诉学校，他不能PRECEPT学生了，由于种种原因。有的NP学生就只能等
一个学期，浪费一个学期的时间。

The patient had lung nodule biopsy. It was diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
PET scan revealed lesions in skull, lung, abdominal lymph nodes, pelvic and
hip joints. She received one cycle of RCVP as palliative chemo.
Before this dx, for her nausea, I had been giving her dexamethasone, which
worked magically for her nausea. My big name H/O attending said "You have

The patient had lung nodule biopsy. It was diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
PET scan revealed lesions in skull, lung, abdominal lymph nodes, pelvic and
hip joints. She received one cycle of RCVP as palliative chemo.
Before this dx, for her nausea, I had been giving her dexamethasone, which
worked magically for her nausea. My big name H/O attending said "You have
been treating her cancer and pretreating her from tumor lysis syndrome
before chemo" Yeah! |

phenergan severe chemical irritation or even gangrene
2. compartment syndrome
3. directly N, damage
Also, I may keep in mind if it would be coincidence of systemic problems,
like MS?
As a PMD, while awaiting for neuro consult, I would order MRI of lumar spine
and pelvic and right LE. Further EMG and nerve conduction study may be done
by neurologist.

inflammatory disease，应该是你说的盆腔炎）的，PID主要是由于Chlamydia和
gonorrhoeae引起，所以要用覆盖这两种细菌的药，我们这里ＥＲ是用静脉一次头孢类二代或三代的抗菌素加口服doxycycline１４天，因为anaerobes也可以引起ＰＩＤ，所以可以加上甲硝唑。 |

轻微出血。 A++不是说了吗， 人体有的部位视为无菌，比如导尿必须无菌手套；
vagina视为带菌器官，一般手套就行了。 |

HIV病人除了有明显伤口或者要做pelvic exam，我一般都不戴手套，而且一定握手。本
来病人内心就很脆弱了，做为医护人员，没必要雪上加霜。
呼吸疾病的病人除了有明确结核诊断的或者有免疫缺陷的，我也不戴口罩，要传染早传
染上了，有啥好戴的？憋死了。 |
