个sales告诉我的。infant car seat的话欧洲标准比美国高，首先推荐欧洲牌子。欧洲
牌子里面在美国市场上只有peg perego是意大利造，其他都是中国造（哪怕标准符合欧
洲standard）。而且peg perego的infant car seat有memory foam，看着比较舒服。我
自己做了一圈research后会选peg perego。
另外如果直接从欧洲买过来的car seat也是不能用的，除非你是来美旅游的欧洲人，而
且car seat standard比美国高。我之前写过一个帖子有几个不错的link，我去找找。 |

长...看高管自信的样子，估计Q3达到预期没啥问题. qihu这报表放到半年前，2周就到
50刀。
qihu和yoku简单比较下，
qihu Q2 rev=$3510w (+170%), profit=$1110w, profit margin=30%
yoku Q2 rev=$3060w (+170%), profit=-430w, profit margin=N/A
qihu 30%的profit margin已经挺高了。 目前qihu yoku市值差不多，都是大概2.8B,
营业收入增长率都差不多，但qihu的优势是已经找到了挣钱的模式，yoku估计3年内都
profit margin到20%都够呛。我自己其实用360很长时间了，给公司和家里每台电脑都
装了，lynch说的好啊，好公司就是你身边的公司。。。

MCP的growth(YoY)现在是令人恐怖的500%，当然这是因为去年开始中国管制稀土出口导
致的，不可持续。但是只要中国继续管制稀土出口，MCP就是正循环的公司，维持几年>
30%的年增长率应该是轻而易举的事，PEG<1 （Yahoo finance上的预测数据是5年0.75)
去年的EPS是1.27，按照30%的growth计算，5年后是4.715(1.27*1.3^5)
PEG=0.75 (30% G)=> P/E=22.5 => Price=106
此模型的增长假设(5年30%）应该是比较保守的
但是风险有
1、中国政府换届出乱，新政府没法控制稀土的出口，导致出口价格大跌
2、MCP的管理层比较烂，不知道如何投资让公司正循环运作，导致赚的钱不能带来新的
增长，增长减速

2011年第一季度，Intel不但会发布32nm工艺新架构处理器Sandy Bridge，还会同时推
出相应的6系列芯片组，代号Cougar Point。目前的45nm Lynnfield、32nm Clarkdale
处理器均采用LGA1156接口，搭配5系列芯片组，但它们的寿命很短，因为Sandy Bridge
处理器会改用LGA11555接口，一个触点之差就造成两代产品完全不兼容，所以才有了新
的芯片组。
6系列芯片组在桌面领域有“H67”、“P67”两款型号，分别面向高端和主流市场，主
要区别有两点，一是前者仅支持单路x16 PEG，后者则支持单路x16 PEG或者双路x8 PEG
，也就是支持双卡并联，但是否还会有NVIDIA SLI授权尚未确认。

analysize the maleic anhydride percentage in this random copolymer.
1, I coupled SMA with PEG-amine (5k), but it is difficult to seperate SMA-PEG
from the unreacted PEG-amine by solvent soluability; ( it is possible by GPC,
but i think it is boring, to slow)
2, By 13C-NMR, I got 4%. But I doubt this method.( could 13C-NMR be used to
analysize quantatively？）

法，相应的论文很多，对于专业人士自然是基本常识，但是对于还没入门或者只是刚刚
有所兴趣的人们专业论述未免过于艰涩。我尝试着用大白话简述一番，肯定有错漏粗疏
之处，只求见者能够有种原来如此/不过如此，略有所得就算达到目的。
VWAP，直接翻译叫做交易量加权平均价格，白话讲就是寻求一个均价成交，这个均价依
据历史交易量的一个加权平均来确定，理想状态下，这个价格就是一段时间内的市场均
价。这种算法并不追求以低于市场平均成本购买股票，而是希望在购买的过程中对于市
场的影响最小。具体实现就是根据某只股票的历史成交记录作出一个每天不同时点的交
易情况的预测，跟据预测的情况决定交易的数量，以达到加权之后依然接近于市场的均
值。这里可以引申出另一个算法TWAP，直接翻译是时间加权平均价格，这个算法并不预
测交易情况，而是直接把交易时段均分成不同的时间点进行交易，这样取得在某时段上

推荐HF的那个表，前段时间好像特价。真空泵最好找化学系的借一个旋片油泵，跟买的
便宜货不在一个量级上。打气的泵用轮胎充气的就行。如果需要放氟利昂的阀和O-ring
，带荧光染料的PEG和小的紫外灯，验钞的灭蚊的随便，也可以准备一些。
真空检漏比较安全可靠，不过不知道哪里漏。加压用肥皂水可以知道大的泄漏。小的就
只能上PEG了。

从大b超完就开始有意无意的关注stroller了，我和虎爸的意见基本统一，新的旧的没
关系，关键是要质量好、结实。
本着这样的指导思想虎妈我开始了”漫长“的搜索、挑选过程。

虎妈买东西比较看牌子，所以首先是对牌子的筛选。
不知道为什么，虎妈对欧洲的东西情有独钟，因此最开始锁定的是Peg Perego，made
in Italy。
之后每次上街碰到自己喜欢的stroller都会厚着脸皮盯着人家的使劲瞅，有时候甚至会
跑上去问。
调查的结果是，Maclaren用的人很多，看上去也很结实、可靠。
可上网一查，发现这个牌子standard的stroller都价格不菲，最便宜的都要500+。
我们不是大户人家，买东西还是要仔细盘算，不过转念一想，500+跟房租比起来也只是
小菜几碟～～～
好了，就算是500+也成啊～～

刚刚lg查了一下，有的评价说这款车的cup holder不是很好，可是我觉得也无所谓了
还有说下面的那个装东西的筐不是很好reach，可是这款车的把手上可以挂袋子，所以
也算是balance
了
自从开始准备买宝宝的东西开始，我们就决定买这款推车
所以今天看到deal马上出手，毫不犹豫

发帖数: 900 | 43 现在在选stroller，只在babies r us，target和walmart看见有实物，但品种太少了，
似乎就是graco什么的那几个牌子。网上到是各种各样的都有，可没实际看看有点不敢
买。一直想看看peg perego牌子的车，可不知道上哪能看见。有没姐妹有经验的？
还有个问题是原来以为像graco travel system的车应该是可以平躺的，可真正看了几
个相对轻一点的像metrolite的好像也不能完全平躺阿，我估计也就是160度左右，是不
是这样的就算是平躺了呢？
我想买一个尽量轻，能平躺，能架carseat的车，当然越便宜越好了。不知道为什么商
店里的车都那么沉可能我看得太少了，GRACO最轻的好像也17磅。网上说peg perego
aria是10磅以下，但我没看见过实物，网评有不少人说不太好，有没有人买过觉得怎么
样？
我在国内的朋友刚买了一辆也是graco的车只有4.5公斤，就是淘宝上一大堆人说张柏芝
买的那款，可我在这边网站上没找到有那么轻的，不知道是不是两边的设计不一样。 |

要先PM了再买。PM完，如果原先已经item在cart里了，要先把要买的item删掉，log out, 然后再log in, PM的discount才会显示，把这个item加进cart，然后加15% coupon code。
可以打电话或者写信给diapers.com要求PM。

发帖数: 4830 | 49 我亲眼所见。太多妈妈买chicco,发现它更深更大，坐垫比Peg Perego的舒服。pp3那个
推手我是最不喜欢。单手能推非常重要。这2个stroller我唯一没有比较到的是重量 ：
）chicco 上面还带tray,非常方便。
我还比较了几个妈妈买的city mini,挺好看的，比较休闲，舒示度不如chicco看着好，
不过更适合热带地区妈妈。
我自己买的peg perego air,很轻便，这点也非常重要，所以我常用。但是，还好我孩
子个头很大，那个安全带是不完全固定的，对他威胁不大。可要换个小个头，就要好好
考虑了。 |
