cardiothoracic surgeon. The prognosis is dependent on the details of
anatomy, which can only be evaluated in person. Based on what I read, the
survival after the surgery is quite high, but overall long term consequence
is significant.

上网查了一下，是ASD和PFO。现在儿医说观测看会不会自然长好，约了8周看pediatric
cardiologist。
请问一下，这种情况严重吗，自愈的希望大吗，平时要注意什么呢，见cardiologist时

临床医学是科学，不存在所谓的“权威”，只有规范（是因为国内不规范的东西太多了
，人们才老将权威挂嘴边，而这在美国是非常荒唐的）。即使你孩子的病很罕见，但也
并非只有去“最好”（暂时定义为排名最靠前）的地方才有最好的效果。只要是小儿神
经内科医生pediatric neurologist都会很靠谱，当然如果专业方向是movement
disorder更好（那么他的知识将几乎覆盖该领域的最新进展），这个最好是让你现在的
医生推荐（国内习惯看大牌看职称，可是不论美国还是中国很多professor级别的医生
反而做得研究多，看的病人少，当然如果这个领域如果足够小的话教授的知识也是足够
了的）

teeth to open the space. If big caries, need restoration. Suggest sealant
for primary molars. Usually your child needs to see pediatric dentist every
6 month for check up, clean teeth, and fluoride. |

上大学新生入学体检的时候第一次检查出来，众目睽睽下几个肝感觉阳性的同学给点名
，被校医区别对待了，甚
至游泳卡也过了好久才拿到。。。当时只觉得无地自容，感觉被歧视了。

后来我自己一直很注意这个方面的话题。得知我父亲年轻的时候得过乙肝，家里的孩子

十有八九的事。虽然医学上说这个病毒携带是不可治愈也不可逆转的，还是相信民间偏
方吃了不少中药。小三阳
还是小三阳，姐姐是大三阳的，据说一度变成小三阳，现在不知道。因为美国好像没有
大小三阳的说法。
一直风平浪静的直到怀孕。第一trimester血结果出来以后，产科医生似乎有点紧张。
然后州政府的health
department给我打电话，说要把我登记在案。让我LG去打肝炎预防针，说小孩出生的几
个小时内得打第一针预防

发帖数: 18 | 41 宝宝六岁, 有龋齿, 但每次看牙都跟打仗一样, 害怕, 不配合, 不张嘴.
pediatric dentist 给用了两回 sedation (就是保险不cover的那种大杯的麻药, 喝了
小孩就睡了那种, 一杯大概 350刀+), 补了 10+ 个洞, 还安了一个钢crown.
但没多久就掉了好几个 filling, 回去再重新补又是喝 sedation , 结果装上又掉. 这
次回去找他时候忍不住朝医生怒了, 但医生的借口是小孩不老实, 虽然有用了
sedation.
这次我们拒绝再给小孩喝 sedation .
结果 pediatric dentist 这次又鼓动我们去医院的 operating room 作全麻, 是他熟
悉的医生. 从最一开始就推荐我们去医院的 operating room 作全麻. 但我们怕不安全
一直犹豫. 而且听说不便宜(究竟多贵还不确定). 但看孩子每次看牙遭罪, 打算去一次
搞定了它.
求助版上有经验的爸爸妈妈, 有给孩子上 hospital operating room 做过全麻补牙的
么? 安全么? 大概费用要多少.

周日测到104度（腋下）。pediatric urgent care说是嗓子发炎，给了cefdinir。 吃
了三天，
依然高烧（103~104）。
周三去了pediatric office。 说是可能sinus infection。 换了 clarithromycin。
医生
说一天之内应该讲下来。
周四又测到 103.8 度(已经吃了3次clarithromycin)。医生给注射了一种 shot （比口
服液效力
高），说是1~2针应该见效。结果今天早上又是 103.9度。
基本上是每次吃过mortrin之后过6~8小时就回到 103~104. 三种antibiotics 目前都没
有用。
armoxicilin 没试（有疑似过敏的经历）。
快哭了，怎么办呢？明天又是周末了，还见不着医生。 |

新妈竟然没意识到这个问题，在版上问了才知道是gas。我试了一些方法，现在宝宝的
gas已经好多了，回馈宝宝版，跟jmm分享一下。
首先，拍咯是很重要的。我开始没意识到这个问题，以为拍不好咯大不了就是吐奶，想
不到宝宝会这么难受，睡觉都睡不踏实，还老是哭闹。
另外，有姐妹推荐到youtube上找massage的方法，我搜了一下，有不少方法，其中我认
为最有效的就是，抓住宝宝的小腿往肚子上挤，把屁挤出来，有时候我能连续挤出来好

六月份的國際期刊Archives of Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine刊登了一篇
電視影響幼兒語言發展的研究。
研究的方法是：每一個月隨機選一天將一個家庭所有的對話都錄音起來，連續兩年
。當然，這些家庭裡必定有2到48個月大的幼兒。共有329個家庭被研究。
經過研究這些錄音的結果發現，每當電視的聲音出現，大人跟寶寶講話的頻率就會
降低。降到多低呢？平均每小時下降770個字（英文）。您知道成人每小時平均說話的
字數是多少嗎？940個字！電視讓成人減少了80%以上的語言。
美國兒科醫學會建議，兩歲以下的小孩不應該接受到任何電視的刺激，另外兩歲以
