前几天卖个东西，说好了只收 Non-CCP 的 paypal。
买家疏忽了，用的是 Non-cc，而不是 Non-CCP（即没把付款类型改为 Personal）
结果我被收了 paypal fee。
买家说 refund 再重新付款
我就办了，结果发现 full refund 之后我倒贴进去 $0.30。
以前 full refund 都是没问题的，不需要倒贴的。
当时很纳闷，但是也没找到问题。
今天碰巧遇到了另外一个情况，找到了这个网页。
概要：手续费部分不会完全refund。所以你以为是 full refund，其实你要倒贴。

如果有的话，拿着paypal卡去ATM，选择withdraw
paypal withdraw fee $1.95
所以假设你卡上有150，可以取出不多于148.05
如果没有的话，随便找个ATM，选择withdraw

any payment.
I played with this scam by pretending I am stupid enough to believe them and
understand their trick. I replied every email they sent and make my point,
no pay, no ship. Finally they give up.

macy‘s。这次我仔细数了一下，只有14位，然后发了3封邮件都没回，好几天过去了，打他们客服电
话，从来都是忙，让留言，最讨厌留言了，还不知道什么时候回。
然后在paypal上要求退钱。能成功么？钱最后退到信用卡，还是paypal上？如果在paypal上能转到
debit card上么？

account? If so, delete one of them, then you can add a new credit card
number. I had the same issue last month, and was able to resolve it by
deleting one of the expired CC #.
BTW, don't delete all of them at once. It seems that Paypal considers
frequent deletion/additon of CC# as suspicious action and may close your
paypal account.
I do agree that Paypal is pain in the ass. So I avoid Paypal/eBay shopping

买家发起退款成功. 有些ebay买家看见你是国际卖家, 故意发起退款来白赚一笔, 就因
为paypal dispute太偏向买家了.
paypal烂不烂先不去说它, 居然有在买家的角度说paypal烂因为dispute不够好.
从买家角度来说国内支付宝差了paypal不少, 当然从卖家角度来说还是支付宝公平. |

其实很简单，就是开一个paypal的公司帐户，然后你paypal 收到的钱到公司上面，公
司有单独的EIN number， 相当于税号了。paypal 1099都直接到公司的号码去了。我在
paypal 上有公司帐户，收信用卡都有些年头了，所以比较确定。
当然前提是要注册一个公司，这个过程很简单。不过记得注册c type 的公司，所有其
它形式的公司，最后报税都存在身份问题，只有c-type 不存在。
难得逛到这里，如果信息有用，记得发个包子给我，我知道这里都是有钱人。

付邮费，也看不到哪里可以选择其他的付邮费的方式（比如说用我连在paypal的信用卡
付）。
Paypal 报错说：“Your payment for shipping cannot be processed because it
exceeds your available balance. To raise your balance, you must add funds to
your account. Please note that it may take 3-4 days for any funds you add

你要争取到paypal cc对你说，“其实我建议你这个case去开dispute”。
cc dispute不取决于seller。cc dispute一定成功，但是是否会送collection agency
取决于paypal是否support你。
有一个问题就在于，你dispute之后，paypal cc会拒绝和你聊天。理由是cc dispute权限比他们
高，他们到这个时候就不跟你发生直接关系了，只跟你的cc institution发生关系。
所以还是先跟paypal沟通好了为上。 |

有人借朱令的事情骗钱吗？！！！！
注意这个Harbinian (原道真)，他一直发募捐贴, 他的贴子其他信息都正确，但是篡改
了paypal账户。

I have a paypal account. how could I get money from others through my paypal
account? do I just use the "Request money from almost anyone with an email
address" on Paypal?

request money" and send an email to that guy, paypal will ask him to set up
a paypal account for paying you through paypal.
