card load personal account被关了。 然后一年后，无缘无故的那个upgraded的
paypal也给关了。
后来试着再注册paypal，很快就给关了。 最近用学校email注册了一个新的paypal，买
了几次东西，还好，还没被关。
明年要搬家，最近打算在ebay上卖些家里的junk，我担心我这个新的paypal也会给关了
。 如果给关了，还有办法在ebay上卖东西吗？

买游戏下载码多买了一个， 遂决定在ebay上卖掉， 列了正常价格，$30, 第二天被人
买走，付款， 然后买家发ebay站内问码是多少， 回信告知， 交易结束
结果过了1个多礼拜， 收到paypal的信说case open "unauthorized purchase". 非常
惊讶， 这付了钱还发站内信， 怎么可能unauthorized呢。 于是上传了所有的相关邮
件，写了个说明。
今天结果出来了， 输了，paypal说“We did not receive the necessary
documentation we requested from you”, 又收了20块chargeback。 (更搞笑是紧挨
着收到了paypal收的$3手续费月账单。）
给paypal打电话， 客服态度还好， 但是也不能立马做什么， 就是反复的说这个是对
方信用卡银行提出的， 如何如何，可以帮我再dispute， 又要了一遍当时回ebay信息
的截屏文件（已提供过）。

（很多其他的 reward checking 账号都有类似要求。）
在一些网站购物，会同时提供信用卡直接付款和paypal付款。
有时候为了省事，就用paypal（懒得输入地址账号之类的了）
但是paypal在处理你的卡交易的时候，会优先处理是 Pin-based purchase
（这样paypal就省下给credit card的交易费）
你在 paypal 注册的卡是 credit card还无所谓。
如果注册的卡是 debit card，
就算你没有输入密码，也会被 paypal 当作 Pin-based purchase去处理。
这样最后会影响你满足 reward checking 的条件。

我是不明白人家需要你一个PHOTO ID你为什么就发这么大的火,还要BBB的.
假设说今天有人HACK了你的电脑,用你的PAYPAL从你的银行帐户里PULL了钱,然后把你的
资料也拿到手了:地址,银行帐户,信用卡号码,电话号码.被PAYPAL觉得这是可疑交易之
后,把你要转的钱HOLD住.那我假设PAYPAL觉得它们在HOLD住你的钱之后,如果你是未被
授权的人,那就有可能用另外的方法把主人在原银行帐户的钱用其它PAYPAL以
外的方法转走,如果PAYPAL在这个时候把钱又转回你原来的银行帐户,那就有增加你进一
步损失的风险.
每家银行或者金融公司的安全规则不一样,有很多在我们看来是很无谓和没有必要.
但这个事情上,我觉得PAYPAL只是过度敏感了.楼主也是. |

不过这个比较好，只是会有很多人上来哭诉自己被关了，不影响别人。
介绍一下：一个ssn最多开两个paypal，夫妻两个可以开四个，一个账户30天最多load
4k，所以一个月就是16k. 对于大部分ms初学者来说够了。
还不够的话，如果你的地址和checking够多，可以不提供ssn，关联checking+信用卡也
可以lift withdraw limit. 当然被关联了杀全家活该。
充了钱加上checking账户后直接提现就是了。最多被paypal打电话警告一下，现在还没
见到因为充paypal cash被关paypal的。

他如果是发invoice给你，肯定是走交易模式了，不会是送钱给亲友，他作为收钱方有
fee，而且你们的交易受paypal保护。他必须把东西寄到你paypal里提供的shipping地
址，才能得到paypal的seller protection。如果他没寄到，或者东西不对，你都可以
找paypal 开case。
当然这样做的好处是paypal只收大概3% 左右的fee。如果走ebay的话，是ebay fee+
paypal fee，加起来10%上下了 |

airlines的gift card。我是用的ebay gc买的，但email里说我违反paypal's cash
policy。
果不其然打过去电话说是paypal mycash的事。我早就知道不能withdraw回银行，都是
慢慢消费掉，这次客服supervisor说即使用paypal business debit card在实体店消费
也不行，而且明确说我在grocery store买菜的消费（不是买卡，数额都不超过$50）是
不合理的。说了半天也没法解决，日他妈。虽然我从来没卖过东西，只是买，余额还是
要等180天才能取出。
奉劝大家还玩ebay或paypal的，撸羊毛不要手软，撸死paypal破公司，但不要存太多
balance或者gc，减少风险。 |

只列了用过的REDEMPTION CODES。
PAYPAL收据和TRANSACTION DETAIL里，都没有使用过的EBAY GIFT CARD的CODE的信息。
EBAY里就也根本就不提EBAY GIFT CARDS。直接全算PAYPAL PAYMENT。
给PAYPAL客服咨询，居然说让去EBAY查GIFT CARD BALANCE， 有问题找EBAY。 那我
就决定，那我用过的CODES一个个查吧， 结果去PAYPAL原来的链接仔细一看， 是列了
REDEMPTION CODES，但是不全，最近用过的CODES都没有列在上面。
NND E GIFT CARDS我还留了底，可以一个个查。 但是， 那些实体的EBAYgiftcard，
都是用了就扔了， 如果没用完，不就亏本了吗？
还有几张没用过的，EGIFT CARD， 我也不知道是不是自己用的， 这也没发查了。

business估计在坐的都用不着,大家都闪吧
最常见的是personal,建议大家人手一个至少.paypal开帐户首先开的就是personal,好
处呢,就是收钱没手续费.不过每个月有个500的limit,这样钱转进转出不方便,包括你和
你的银行之间的转帐.这时候你有两种选择,要么升级成premier(暂时不建议),要么lift
你的limit,怎么lift?一种是提供SSN,也不建议.另一种就是连信用卡和银行帐户.钢材
有同学说只连信用卡,万一dispute可以找信用卡,其实大可不必担心.你连了两种,付钱
的时候会有选项:1,paypal本身里面你存的钱,2.银行户头里的钱,3,信用卡.所以大可以
都连上.为什么呢?因为版上同学之间的交易都是noncc paypal的,如果你只连CC,那完蛋
了,你不能用了就.为什么只是noncc paypal,因为只有这个不收手续费,如果你通过CC转
钱给别人,paypal收钱的,多划不来.
我们再说说permier帐户,如果你在ebay上做了点小生意,没办法,只能升级成 |

checkout你就选cc，它会先从paypal balance里扣钱，不够的再走cc.
在ebay或其他网站买东西，建议用cc paypal.
如果在版上与版友交流转账，默认都是用non cc paypal，必须连银行账户的。
每次付款时根据情况注意选择/改变付款来源即可。 |

，在paypal digital gifts上只买过75的gc(25+50)，现在被paypal digital gifts屏
蔽了差不多两个星期了，不能买任何gc，点击"Buy now"都直接显示"Something went
wrong. Please try to check out again."
电话eBay和paypal说是把我屏蔽，让我等一天就好，但是尼玛都两个礼拜了还一直没好

ACTIVITY"中有3单EBATES和BING CASH BACK的进账明细，“Payment status”显示的是
“COMPLETE”，还有5单购物支出明细，每次都用我的绑定信用卡支付的，显示的也是
“COMPLETE”。
但是不知道为什么我的PAYPAL BALANCE显示的是“0”，即账上没有任何资金。按
理说我的三笔CASHBACK 共计$35应该是显示在我的PAYPAL账户中才对啊。银行卡也没有
收到PAYPAL转过来的钱（我没有进行过此操作）啊？难道是直接从我购物的钱中勾除了
？查看银行账号也没有这种情况啊？

我在craigslist上卖pre-paid phone. 收到如下邮件，看起来 不想通常的骗子邮件。
但是还是有些担
心是骗子。如果paypal的钱到账，paypal还有可能拒付吗？如果是，那钱到账到少天后
可以认为paypal
不会拒付了呢？没有用paypal做过外州的craigslist交易，请赐教。

那个是后 GCO刚刚从免费，转到2%，任何交易量都一视同仁
话说这个2% 其实还是很优惠的，因为对于国际信用卡，paypal和其他merchant
service 提供商要收3%-4%，而且哪个时候GCO对商家保护还不错，250USD以上的
一般只要你提供出label和签名，都是维护商家的，GCO甚至自己赔偿损失
缺点就是GCO是一个和Paypal Express checkout一样的必须登陆GCO
这个其实就不是真正的merchant service，对只想输入信用卡的用户不方便
Google checkout并不提供和Paypal Webpayment Pro一样的信用卡后台处理
我现在因为交易量很小，就用Paypal了，信用卡和Paypal进来的都整合在
一个界面下管理
GCO资费后来也调整了，毕竟不能一直亏下去，
也改为和paypal一样是tier收费结构，而且对商家保护没有以前那么好了，
另外我不知道GCO现在是否有客户服务电话，以前好像没有的
对了，mobile payment这个玩艺是说手机当信用卡刷么？

定佣金盈利.
那么问题来了. 我要不要在我的APP里面让用户A给我付款.
这两天做了些调研, 不管是用 paypal 还是其他的 credit card online payment
service, 都要收手续费. 比如,用paypal 收款, paypal 要扣掉 2.9% + 0.3/每笔付款
.
之前我的想法是在APP里面让用户付款给我, 然后我再付款给餐馆. 但我算了一下, 如
果这样的话, 我除掉给paypal 的手续费后, 我赚不到钱. 比如, 我辛苦给餐馆带来 $
1000 的订单, 按照7%的佣金来算, 我要收$70, 然后付给餐馆$930. 假设这$1000 订单
是 1000/ $8(每份订单) = 125 份订单. 那么用户A们通过 paypal 给我付款, paypal
要扣掉 $1000*2.9% + 0.3/每笔 * 125 笔付款 = $66.5 , 也就是说我实际上只赚了 $
70-$66.5 = $0.5.
这是白忙活了啊....

发帖数: 10121 | 42 你这个一定是paypal根本就没CLEAR。一般说buyer sent money后，paypal会显示
pending状态，一般是3-4天。这只是说一切都没问题的情况下3-4天后可以clear，当然
如果出现问题十有八九说明被骗了，因为银行之间transfer怎么会有错呢，就像存支票。
pending期间paypal的balance上并不显示。你必须等3－4天后确定没问题了balance显
示帐号内有这些钱之后才可以出货（和存支票等道理一样）。
balance显示后才可以把钱转到自己的银行。一般paypal clear后我不认为对方还能把
钱返回,除非你在60天内Issue A Refund－－等于你再退给别人钱。
paypal history里面进来的钱都是正的数字，自己转到银行的都是负的数字。作为接收
方卖主讲paypal balance不会出现负值，因为只有里面有钱才能转出去。
你需要查看自己的history，很清楚可以看到到底进行了哪些transaction。 |

的海外购物提供支付服务，同时也能帮助海外商户向中国消费者提供服务。
在与银联签约后，Paypal中国区总经理田毓中在接受美国《华尔街日报》采访时表示，
“由于银联已得到中国相关监管机构批准，可从事跨境交易，因此通过与银联合作可帮
助Paypal规避跨境交易外汇管制。”
Paypal在中国的几家竞争对手未对此发表公开评论，但有来自上述企业之一的高层抱怨
说，如果Paypal这样的外资公司能够以此种方式绕开管制，对于国内所有第三方支付平
台来说都将是一种严重的“不正当竞争”。
金融风险难以控制？

paypal对可疑的payment有两种反应。一种是flag这笔交易，给你一个email，然后人工
分析。通常这种会在一天内告诉你是不是clear。另一种就是system自动reject，就是
在收到payment之后1到10分钟内，paypal把钱直接退了。这种情况你不会收到email，
所以很搞。
你的情况是后者，基本上是buyer的信用卡有问题过不了paypal的安全检查。这个不一
定是骗子，很有可能他不知道钱已经被paypal退回。让他自己去查paypal户头和ebay记

帮室友转的。
她刚才在OWNER那买了个东西，用Paypal的goods支付。Paypal上显示transaction
completed，但她说查了下银行卡，发现没扣钱，卖家那边也没有表示异样，说已经看
到了，而且表示周一就给她发货。她的shipping address选的是No Shipping Required
（因为那个地址不是家里的地址所以她选择的这个）。请问这是为什么。都好几个小时
了钱还是没扣。
BTW 她的paypal里没钱，一直以来都是从跟paypal绑定的debit card里转的。而且卡里
的钱足够支付。
请问这样是否就代表她支付成功了？那么大概什么时候会扣钱？
最好来个经常使用paypal的高手。不胜感激~ |
