每年的Tournament Payout基于每个联盟参加Tournament的队数和
获胜场次数。每个进入65强的球队记作一个unit,每场Tournament
的获胜也记作一个unit.每个unit的payout逐年增加，今年是
$152,000，明年和后年将分别是$160,000和$170,000。每年的Tourney
payout从下一年开始支付给各conference。分6年付清。所以，拿
ACC为例，共有5支队参加，目前为止，NC,Duke,NC State胜２场，
GT, Wake胜１场，共８场，１３个unit,总共13*$152,000=$ 2million.
即便NC,Duke,NC State全输，从明年开始到2011年，ACC每年可以
从今年的Tourney中获得$2 million.然而，每年每个联盟实得的钱
数实际上是前６年参加Tournament累积的。所以，今年ACC的Tournament earning实
际上是$9.8 million.一些比较：

From last quarter, their operation cash flow earning was around 0.30/share.
We should expect they would increase the dividend in the future.
Even at 0.40 payout compare the stock price, it's not bad. I will hold
strong.
Of course, it's my own opionion(I was wrong many times before). Your money
your decision. |

Immediate Annuity 即期年金 和 deffer Annuity 延后年金
先说Immediate Annuity 是你把钱放进保险公司的年金账户的当年开始，保险公司会根
据你的年龄每年从你放进去的金中付给你一定的 % payout ratio。
比如：60多岁的payout ratio 每年6%左右，70岁每年7%左右。
Immediate Annuity的提领长度
一种情况是付到过世，也就是说如果你的payout ratio是7%，你在买了这个合约后存活
了10年，那么你只有拿回了本金的70%，如果你存活20年那么你就拿回了本金的140%，
活的越久拿的越多。
另一种情况是保险公司的合约中有讲清楚你可以拿多少年，如果在这之前过世，余下的
那几年就由你的Spouse或是孩子拿。比如：合约中的period certain 是30年，你的
payout ratio是6%。 那么在20年中总共可以拿到本金180%。如果在30年中你不幸去世

medicare的payout是要跟倒数第二便宜的private insurance policy相同的。所以，
senior可以拿voucher去买倒数第二便宜的private insurance policy，不用另付钱，
也可以选择traditional medicare which has same payout as second cheapest
private policy.差别就是，如果买insurance,payout由保险公司出，如果选择
traditional medicare, payout由medicare出，就跟现在一样。但是payout amount是
一样的。选traditional medicare的好处是安全，不用担心private insurance
company破产，但是并没有金钱上的好处。
