们写程序好比搭积木，不用动什么脑子，最多就是程序结构合理不合理，用没用一些
design patter, OOP设计有没有可扩展性，等等，但是基本上还是搭积木。对compiler
理论, memory, io access, 这些计算机的‘基本’东西没有深刻理解。其实就是‘工
具使用者’，严格说起来和计算机没有啥关系。
所谓‘强’程序员，就是直接和电脑底层东西打交道，对compiler, memory, io
access都非常了解。比如用eclipse写程序的人，是第一种，写eclipse （不光指GUI)
这个IDE的人就是这第二种。用oracle sql client 写 stored procedure是第一种，写
oracle sql client就是第二种。用java concurrency package的人是第一种（当然能
吧concurrency用的得心应手算是第一种人的强者），但是实现concurrency package的
人显然是第二种。

等过完年以后重新立项再继续。我感觉我要被赶走的趋势了。还有办法挽回吗？
刚进这个组，manager给分派了一个start project，要跟另一个组合作，他们组本来有
个project，从一个data source取数据，他们已经都做好了，现在要求他们组把取数据
的部分修改成从我们组取，中间有数据格式的转化。
我感觉对方组对这个项目非常抵触，要是做完了，他们组的工作量就减少至少一半。这
个项目对我们组有好处，但是对他们组没有啥好处。可能是这个原因吧，他们对这个项
目非常不积极。他们的manager感觉非常aggresive，对我写的代码很不屑一顾。他们组
的人对我的要求能拖就拖，比如要比较我产生的数据跟他们的数据，他们花了2周都没
有提供，只是忙他们自己的事。好在他们组有个中国人，对我帮助很大。当然，因为我
是新人，对公司的很多工具，很多design patter都刚开始接触，非常不熟悉。我本身
肯定有很大的问题。

clearly related to a lot of bidding structures. I like 1D-1S-1NT-2H as non
forcing, but I know some players treat it as one-round forcing. This will
affect the choice.

he will bid 2H as 4th suit anyway. Then you can raise to 3H. 2C could miss

John Gierach's "Sex, Death, and fly-fishing" last night and he talked about
Adams. According to him, the genuine Adams uses Grizzly and Brown rooster as
hackle and Grizzly hen as wings. So he raised 9 chickens in his back yard
for that purpose. Funny guy.
Due to the cold weather here, I have stopped fishing and fully engaged in
fly tying. I am targeting 400-500 flies by the end of this winter, mainly
focusing on the patter |

VARIETY following light/medium day) 的PROGRAM 较好， crossfit 也推荐。

also a good option. Compared to APD, I would probably suggest C10 pro since
it is more powerful than pb 10 mid. Basically since you like some rackets

16*19 or 18*20. And since you also want rackets that are soft, I think the
