我家是9个月大的时候检查出的, 当时也就是现在的vet建议手术, 不过他没有说到底有
多严重. 打算约个specialty医生再检查看看, 希望不需要做手术. |

full refund. 现在狗狗差不多两岁了才担心这个病, 是不是过期了啊?! 还有那个
breed一家有四个小孩, 生活也过得有点拮据, 不忍心开口啊. 就算他们全额退
款, 还不够手术费的1/3呢. 想想还是算了, 自己折腾吧. |

立马得病的，算pre-existing.但是后面又有一个30天内的vet last visit，我就糊涂
了。要是我30天内不带猫去检查，难道保险就永远失效了？

Petplan policies are effective at 12:01am (EST) the day after enrollment.
There is a 24-hour waiting period for accidents, a 14-day waiting period for
illnesses and a six (6)-month exclusion for problems associated with
cruciates and patellas (knees).

发帖数: 5870 | 14 还不到40岁。。。。北方人，从小就住在阴冷阴冷的背阴面，一直有关节炎，以前打球的时候保护措施也做得不太好，最近几年走路的时候两腿膝关
节都有声音。平时如果活动多了，就会膝盖不能伸直或者不能弯曲。但是通常，休息休
息就好了。前几天右膝盖忽然不能伸直了，并且到了比较严重的程度，连续几天都不好
。这才去看医生。照了X-ray 和 MRI.以下 是MRI的分析结果。
骨科大夫建议右膝盖手术，他说手术中会：
1）清理骨头表面，让它更光滑
2）清理关节腔内的各种碎片。。。
不知道是不是真的应该动手术。看病折腾了这么几天，现在不知不觉中，右腿又可以伸
直或者弯曲了,只是还不能快走和跑。现在很纠结，不知道是不是应该动这个手术。。

not be effective.

阿诺拉了三十多个人上Mt Baldy，因为主要是阿诺，Kerwin和我带队，没有特意负重，
背包在30lb以内。advent pro要退，背的还是Z55。
队伍自然分成三队，需要两头跑，岔路口等人。。。一天下来运动量也不小。最后三十
人全部登顶，包括头一次出来爬山的妹妹。阿诺这小子炼成神功，轻松背了35Kg大包上
山，汗都没怎么出。
主要试了几个新东西
1. MT HDWR Canyon Shirt and Pants，透气防晒都不错
2. Nike Patella Band，下山时很有用，省膝盖
3. Cytomax Drink Mix，初步感觉运动时比Gatorade有效很多，登山时没感觉到疲劳；
恢复很快，下来两天腿没有以往的隐约酸痛感。成分里Potassium, Sodium ...
Calories含量比Gatorade高很多，还有Gatorade没有的Magnesium，Vitamin等等。
据说可以
