下面是一封申请EB2 NIW I-140的petition letter的范例。这是多年前公开发表在
MITBBS“落地生根”版上的一个帖子。现在重贴于此，供大家参考。
个人点评：EB2 NIW的申请是技术活，满足NIW的三个方面都必须论证到位，否则就通过
不了；而且论证过程中，有些关键词必须出现在移民官的视野里。这封petition
letter基本上达到了这几方面的要求。更难能可贵的是，这封petition letter的后面
，还列出了所有的exhibit，值得参考。

的petition letter，开始准备NIW。看了几篇模板，发现有些疑问。
1. NIW 不需要列表格，油灯图等吗？为什么我看到的模板都没有这些，只有Exhibit？
2. EB1A的petition条理比较清楚，比方说我要claim三项，就从1，2，3几方面阐述。
但是NIW怎么感觉条理比较混乱呀？

好。比如，如果我的 C/C++ app 是每读一行，打印一行 line number 。
即使我一下子 paste 两行的 text，显示还是

enhanced metafile)" in the "paste special" in "paste". This way you almost
don't lose the resolution, but you can freely zoom in or out your figure.
So copy and paste all the figures into one page and then save it as pdf or
ppt.
The con for this method, you cannot make changes once you paste it. You
have to go back the original ppt figure to make changes, and do the paste
again.

existence of anthropogenic global warming. Well, that so-called “consensus
” is imaginary.

about 370g paste. I made 4 moon cakes with all date paste filling(80g each)
and gave them to 4 of my friends, then I wrapped the rest with some bean
paste, made another mooncake for myself, I shared that one with friends...
I probably will never make another date paste any more, it is too time
consuming. |

For example, current S&P 500 index PE is 16.7, is it expensive?
You might say yes because 16.7 is higher than the average over the past
century; but you might say no because 16.7 is still at a 5% discount to the
average PE over the past 15 years.
Does 5% discount to past 15-yr average represent a buying opportunity? Well,
