, New York City.
The house price is $300K-$500K, OR HIGHER.
While the condo is much cheaper, like $80K-$150K.
有人考虑过买CONDO赚那8000块退税的么？
Right now, no one knows the real state market is stable or not.
If the market will decrease another 25% in next few years.
The price decrease of Condo usually should be faster or slower than the
house?

离NYC最好的county当然是BERGEN和PASSAIC。这两地方有很多bus都是半个小时到45分
钟到42街。
当然，这两地方的学区好，房价自然也高。1.4M顶得住。。。^_^ |

高雅、舒适、耐用的家具给你的生活更是锦上添花。
大家都知道，在美国买家具，价格都不便宜，房子买好后，通常置办家具的费用
要相当于房子价格的十分之一。这对于刚买完房子的人来说，的确有一定的压力。我本
人就是如此，为了减少房贷，尽可能的将钱放在了首付上。可是，买了房后，再去IKEA
去买那种简宜家具就有点不合适了。一则IKEA的家具大都是合成板材，不耐用，二则组
装也太复杂费事，为长久考虑，还是买实木家具比较好。所以，先去了一些大的家具店
看了看，比如Macy’s，Ashly等，如果把卧室、客厅和餐厅的家具配齐，还不能买太高
档的，费用已经不菲，虽然一些是on sale, 但还是觉得很贵。而且，送货和组装的费
用也不低，订货后也要等较长的时间才能拿到货，少则两、三个星期，多则要等两、三

我在这个学校呆了3个学期外加2次暑期班，感觉还不错，当时英文不好，我是从ESL开
始学起的，在这个学校学了蛮多东西，交了几个比较要好的朋友。我没有毕业，就直接
转到MSU了，省了不少时间。
-学费便宜，不收out of county fee,全NJ的学生去念都一样的价格。
-如果申请到financial aid, 学校的course schedule上会标注一笔补助的金额。凭这
张schedule，你能在学校的bookstore里购买课本、各种文具、还有其他的商品（eg.
你的补助金额为$200，在学校bookstore购买商品时出示course schedle, 就能用它抵
消掉$200的费用。）
-ESL Program 非常好,分科很细，教授都很尽责，教学质量高。如果想读语言的话，我

此次是2个点，罚款是85，municipal court 是paterson, Passaic county。我真的感

Essex street DMV is closed. Bergen, and Passaic people got crammed into Lodi
, making it equally crowded to others, if not more. |
