circumvent statutory immigration policy' 的钻空子做法。我听说有些非法移民偷
渡入境没有记录，不能调整身份，就用parole出去转一圈再回来。

requirements of the immigration laws” 也就是说只要按照移民法条文规定的都没

但是走之前没拿到AP的话，131申请自动abandon。想用AP回来是回不来的
这种情况只能等H1b check clear之后用H1b入境了

into米国，不是admitted into米国，从法律上讲，你没有合法身份，是在美国暂居等
待合法身份的批准。parole用于假释也是这个意思，从法律上讲如果犯人被假释，还是

我有一次拿advance parole入境
CBP问我是不是之前进监狱了，并指着证件上parole一个词跟我解释说你看，parole就
是假释的意思，你之前干吗了，是不是进监狱了
我看着他严肃地表情很无语，后来他把我交给另一个人处理
你碰到的这位CBP officer说出如此不make sense的话你就当他放屁好了
拿过来讨论实在是浪费大家时间 |

美国时必须携带I-485收据原件的要求。 这项规定自2007年11月1日开始生效。

在审理之中，在没有 advance parole情况下必须满足以下四个条件才能重返回美国：

chances are the conviction would be reduced to manslaughter, which

海外生活孤立无助
国内报道，多强调王走上绝路，是因工作压力太大。表面上看这似是最合理的解释，但未必有普遍意义。就我自己的体验，海外中国人的隐形压力不止工作。
事实上，工作压力有时候还算次要。美国职场环境相对宽松，大部分美国上司处事随和。做同类工作，可能在国内的压力更大。当然我这里说的一切话都是笼统的说法，具体情况因人而异。
那看不见的让人崩溃的压力究竟来自何方？我最近就遇到几个人，也抱怨说自己快得忧郁症了。原因和工作本身无关，倒是都牵涉到海外生活的孤立无助，或是紧张的家庭关系。

2016年8月29日，我们的微信公众号第一时间为大家解析了有望在今年出台的EB-6创业
签证(Entrepreneur Parole)的各种利弊，不过当时的草案是美国移民局的初步提议，
转眼半年过去了，这份名为《国际企业家规则》（International Entrepreneur Rule
）的最终文本于今天（1月17日）正式在联邦公告网上开始公示。
根据这个最终文本的规定，首次申请EB-6创业签证，申请人及其家属可获得30个月，即
两年半的合法留美身份，符合要求的申请人还可申请一次时长30个月的延期，这样EB-6
创业签证最长有效期可长达5年。
一家创业公司最多只能为3位创业者申请EB-6创业签证，申请人配偶在满足条件的情况
下也可以申请工作许可。

2. 就是选择no contest + defensive driving.
3. Deferred adjudication = parole. 如果你在收到ticket 后，到法庭去选择not
guilty 的时候，仔细问问还有没有其他选择，你幸许会完全避免上庭，省了那二百出
庭费。因为有的法庭你是可以选no contest，然后书面要求parole。 |
