可是一个年轻人得到这样的下场真是可惜
不知道他是否在美国监狱度过余生，还是会自杀。
我想如果他没有砍头或者在家里杀的（可以辩说是冲动杀人）都不会没有parole吧，这

这相当于别的地方的no contest，虽然别的地方no contest不等于guilty 或not
guilty.你选了这个以后，付了discounted penalty，然后在三个月里没有其它ticket
，你这次的ticket就算没事了。这又相当于其它地方的parole或deferred
adjudication.
但是从条件优于parole, 因为parole是要付full price的。基本上说你付了$120, 不
用出庭，三个月内没ticket，你这次的ticket就no record了，不影响你的保险。 |

CBP问我是不是之前进监狱了，并指着证件上parole一个词跟我解释说你看，parole就
是假释的意思，你之前干吗了，是不是进监狱了
我看着他严肃地表情很无语，后来他把我交给另一个人处理
你碰到的这位CBP officer说出如此不make sense的话你就当他放屁好了

AP从递交到批准，一个礼拜，哈哈！ NSC。
下面是我的情况:
4月13号 寄出 EB1B PP + Concurrent filing 到NSC
4月14号 收到 email 来的 140 receipt，同时网上显示所有receipts都已从NSC寄出。
4月15号 收到140，485，131，765 的全部receipts
4月16号 网上状态显示 140 RFE
4月19号 收到 RFE
4月20号 Advanced Parole 批准
4月23号 收到 Advanced Parole
这一周一直在准备RFE，今天收到AP确实很意外。因为5月中旬要回国，一直就等着盼着AP呢。这两
天还在想是不是要尽快交RFE，来争取AP提早批的机会。现在不用着急，就好好准备RFE，赶
deadline交就好了。
这里有我的一点小经验，或许对大家有用：
我在交140和485的材料里，用一张绿色的纸打印了一个request letter，说我要5月中旬回中国
去参加个会议，attach上了邀请信和机票。这张纸就散放在140材料和485材料 |

绝大多数的同学都是用AP从中国回美国，我刚刚在加拿大用AP过了美国海关，离飞机起
飞还有一阵，写一下经验，积点人品，也希望自己的485能够早点通过。
其实本来想用AVR的，但上次过期的签证还是学生签证，所以怕用H1b的I-94会有麻烦，
如果万一把学生签证给validate了导致pending中的485被据就惨了。当然国际办公室的
威胁也的确起了点作用，这是另外一件事，这里暂且不提。所以我从美国上去加拿大的
飞机前就交了I-94，这样回美国的时候也就没有其他选择了，只有用AP了。
航空公司帮我check in的小伙显然没有看到过新的combo卡，他正反两面看了好几次问
我，这个就是签证吧，我说是的。最后他看到了下面一行小字Serves as I-512
advance parole，就说没问题了，给了我张US的customer form，让我去security
check。然后就是过安检，填表，填I-94，排队准备过美国的海关。补充一下，从加拿
大坐飞机来美国，美国海关是设在加拿大境内的机场里。轮到我的时候我交了没有美国

开美国的时候批准的，昨天用AP在芝加哥入境的。这个帖子就是给人在境外，485同时
批准的各位，需要用AP入境的一点参考，也许适用范围不是很大。各位没有类似情况的

虽然485已经批准了，但是只要手里没有那张绿色的卡，还是要填I-94，走Visitor的通
道。芝加哥AP入境不用去Secondary Inspection，因为tier 1的官员有Parole的章。移
民官还是会在你的I-94和护照上盖Parole的章，写上有效期1年。我后来问了移民官，
当我回到家，打开信箱，拿起那张绿绿的卡片，我还要不要做什么事情？他告诉我，什
么都不用做，以后用绿卡就行了。我又问，我该如何处理那张Parole的I-94？他告诉我
，下次离境不用交回，因为已经是永久居民了。

现在有了concern,老公现在是F1 非移民签证，万一我的140被reject了， 那老公岂不
是有了非移民签证申绿卡的history? 那他以后是不是extend opt, 转H1B, 和回国签证
opt f1 or h1b都会有影响？
另一个选择是我先交140(反正我也要pp)但是两个月内我可能要出境 而且时间很紧 如
果等140批了申请 advance parole肯定来不及 （当然140如果没有work out就没什么好
说的了）可以我先交我的140+我的 advance parole， 等我的140批了，我再交我和我
老公的485以及我老公的 advance parole么？

usual "admission" stamp, which applies to US citizens, GC holders, and vis-

好像看说明，如果申请Advance Parole的话，如果是H1或者H4，在申请485期间，不需
要申请Advance Parole啊！ |

。而且，别想B2了；他们的B2是完全不能用的了；旅游签证不能有移民倾向。
所以他们要等到拿到Advance Parole才能离开美国。你应该绿卡申请的时候申请了
advance parole。3个月内会收到的。 |

是不是这个卡也可以当作返乡证用？
我申请PAROLE的时候是写要回中国的，但是最近要去一次欧洲，不知道还可以用parole

但綠卡未拿到手，可以先出境再用advance parole回來美國嘛？
我怕沒有綠卡只有advance parole聽說在再次入境有可能不批准？
因為當初是以B2身份入境再轉F1，然後當中逾期居留大概4-5個月才以和公民結婚身份
申請綠卡，請問這個逾期居留記錄會否影響再次入境？
