是中風和抑鬱症，吃過一些其他中西藥）。處方 Madopar (Levodopa & Benserazide
Hydrochloride)， 0.125mg＊4/day，配合Sifrol (Pramipexole Dihydrochloride) 0.
25mg*3/day
疑問1，我看到藥物說明寫Sifrol第一周需要從0.125mg*3／day開始。第二位醫生一上
來就開0.25mg＊3/day與Madopar配合吃，重不重？
疑問2，Madopar的說明寫治療範圍不包括drug-induced Parkinsonism. 既然第二位醫
生說是藥物副作用引發的Parkinsonism，那MADOPAR豈非不對症？

practice。
1. academic的医生太受paper和industrial的驱使， 比如DBS
2. 一个慢性病的治疗需要一个好的哲学态度和定期随访， 对parkinson治疗， 早期用
药尤其重要。 经常看到一些从academic center来到病人， 才短短几年， 已经不能走
了， 而且用药剂量吓人。 原因可能就是医生不固定， 治疗方案实在太短视。 |

另外忘记说了，网上看parkinson早期也有手指震颤和灵活性降低的表象，母亲目前左
右手的拇指食指中指都不太灵活，不过她说来美国以前去看过医生了，医生说是剑鞘炎
，有一个拇指还动了手术。不知道这个和parkinson有没有关系。

的生物医学论坛发了一封信。这封信说明了一个重要真相：1995年为朱令的国际求助信

这三种英文材料的语言特点高度一致：
第一、 都有非常简单的词汇错误。比如这封哈佛函里的deams, demacracy, leeder.
