你交485之前必须完成wavier，要不然没法交485，所以只对你自己的绿卡申请有影响。
现在eb1交上去半年1年就拿到绿卡了，你做wavier估计赶不及，wavier一般要j1签证半
年之后才可以开始办，wavier本身要几个月。
不过看版上有人说老公拿到绿卡之后再交485也行，只要在交140之前结的婚。
