修改“大陆地区人民首次申请团聚健康管理要点”，要求从2009年元旦起，首次来台团
聚的大陆配偶都要接受梅毒检查。大陆配偶及人权团体批评，这项做法明显歧视，“太
过分了”。
据台湾《苹果日报》报道，长期争取大陆配偶平等权利的“中华两岸婚姻协调促进
