很清楚（加bottom tabs）。但每一类Exhibit一般都有许多文档（比如publications下
有paper1,paper2...;Service as a judge下有review1,review2...；每一review里都
有invitation letter和thank you letter。等等)。请问一下大家都是如何装订或分隔
能够比较容易检索到呢？是每个文档间都插一张白纸写Exhibit X.X吗？那样的话岂不
整个材料厚度要几乎增加一倍？另外，经常Exhibit中的一个文档有好几页。请问一下
大家是如何弄才能让人一看就知道哪几页是一个文档呢？

checklist, 如果下面需要细分继续分下去。比如:

1.
因为webofscience的引用不全，要自己用batchgo作图，
那如何给自己做的地图提供证据，是要把excel表打出来？好像还是不够客观，还是要
把每个引用文的第一页打出来？
2.
webofscience 只统计了前20个国家，初步计算会超过这个，所以要手工统计，请问
统计国家和机构是如何计数的？ 比如
paper1 里面有机构A,B@USA， C@Canada
paper2 里面有机构A@USA
paper３ 里面有机构A@USA
那么 国家数是2，ｕｓａ引用是３，ｃａｎａｄａ是１， 机构数是3 对吗？ 如何把客
观证据列上呢？要打印每篇引用的第一页？

发帖数: 121 | 13 在考虑要不要开始eb-1b申请。学校提供sponsor，得用学校的律师，但是得自己出钱。
学校research faculty职位，我的case比较弱，想早点绿，但是又有点犹豫要不要等
citation出来。。。不过这个估计等起来也很久。。。。
10篇文章 （3篇一作），文章都很新，基本都1-2年内或者刚accept,1作影响因子都比
较低，IF 2多点吧。。。其他非一作， IF 3-6
review11（其中2个来自同一个比较小的conference）
citation几乎没有
会议best paper1个，1st place poster 1个
求大家帮忙评估下，谢谢！
另外请问下会议上的abstracts （poster和oral都有，非一作）有用么，尤其是发表在
journal的suppl issue里的？这其中的几个abstracts后来又写成文章发到同一个
journal （IF 6多点）上了。谢谢! |

引用：103 （基本都是它引）
文章：5 （外加1个technical report，1个PhD thesis，再Google Scholar里都能找到
，不知道能不能算）都是一作，而且领域顶级会议和期刊（PHD老板带学生的方式是每
个人干自己的project，只投好会，然后学生一作，他二作，很少有挂名机会）
审稿：6 次，总共文章数应该少于20，大概一半是顶级会议或期刊，另一半是烂会
推荐人：总共8个，5个美国的，其他来自香港，欧洲，韩国。找到2个很有影响力的，
其他的都一般
公司是大公司，应该不会是问题
最近引用数上来了，公司律师同意给办EB1B，让开始准备推荐信想，先请大牛们给评估
一下现在这背景是否有希望。
刚开始搞推荐信，总体思路上还很混乱，看版上大家都在讨论要claim哪些条，但是我
自己写的时候又不知道该怎样去target要claim的东西。
目前写出来的两篇看起来都是把paper的亮点陈述了一遍，比如说，paper1 improves
。。。by X％， paper2 proposed new approach to 。。。或者类似的话；因为感觉

如果paper 4引用了paper1，算不算独立引用呢？作者A,E并无直接交集，需要通过B,C,
D才能串起来

发帖数: 821 | 30 自己的学位论文里面用自己的论文应该没问题，我就是这么做的。我们学校有个
transcript的论文格式，明确指出内容就是introduction+paper1+paper2+...+
conclusion.如果你用别人的东西需要获得版权许可，自己的没问题。
很多杂志社也允许作者在自己的网站上贴自己已经发表论文的author's copy，当然，
最好是自己的手稿而不是已经发表的那种格式。不过我看到很多人也就贴了自己从杂志
网站上下的，好像也没事。 |
