into sleep on his own, but during the first several weeks after going to
daycare, he just refused to sleep by his own. So we coslept with him until
he adapted to daycare, and did sleep training again. And now everything is
back to "normal".
The temperature could also be a factor. 75 degrees is too high for babies. I
set up the room temperature to 71 and my son wears the cotton footed pajama

1) Wear pajamas
2) Use a blanket to cover mom's waist below
3) Make a cradle using the arm close to baby. Baby sleeps in the cradle.
Head below my armpit.
4) Get in bed with baby to prepare for night wakings. |

cotton sweater and winter baby in a bag. Temp is 69-72 F. She feels too hot
and wakes up at 74F. But her hands are never warm at night. I sleep by her
side and need to wear two layers (a cotton pajama and a cashmere sweater)
plus comfort. I don't know if the monitor shows correct temp or just I feel
cold. |

宝宝6个月了,他前几个月晚上睡眠还行所以一直拖着没训练,我们倒是很早就有睡前
routine(bath,pajama,breastfeeding),但是他有个坏毛病一般要吃奶到睡着,睡下后还
行,一般晚上起来吃1-2次,每次吃完接着睡,白天就要抱着哄.
最近晚上也开始变差了,吃奶次数多了而且很难放下.我试过抱他摇他睡都不行他就是要
吃奶.我打算做好心理准备后训练他(他挺stubborn,有次把他放在crib让他自己睡,老公
在旁边拍他安慰他,他还哭了1个半小时还不停,后来老公受不了把他抱起来了).我有点
舍不得把他一个人留在房间哭,想用折中一点的方法,陪在他crib旁边,不知道会不会没
有效果呢.有些baby sleeping specialists反对cry it out,说会对宝宝大脑性格造成
影响.
有经验或者也有这个烦恼的妈妈们近来聊聊,分享点经验打打气吧

The special DIY maternity pillow helped a lot. You just sleep between two
legs with head on the "butt" very comfortablely. My husband does not like
being held as well. So I hold my daughter when I sleep. But she is
outgrowing this ...sigh.... BTW, you can buy the filling fibers from Walmart
. It's very easy to make! Have fun! |

，睡到早上5点多摸小脚有点温，但是宝宝不觉得冷，有时候我们5点多醒会给他盖一层

is not hungry. Try not to feed whenever he cries. If baby is hungry,

Baby has higher metabolic rate than adults, try not to cover baby too much.

宝宝穿了pajamas + sleep sack，再盖一薄薄的蝉丝被。可晚上宝宝老是翻来覆去，踢
被子，虽然说没有感冒，但早上起来声音有点嘶哑，手脚有点凉，应该还是晚上受凉造
成的。
