发帖数: 171 | 2 今天早上7:15就爬起来鸟,除了平时的1杯2%的milk+ 1 egg, 今天多加了1个muffin(炭
水哈),带着错脱qio昨天午夜乱奔的怨气,装备整齐就出门了.说是装备整齐,其实就是一
只带心率计的digital watch和灌了昨晚自己mix的running playlist的MP3 player(果
贩些,不是ipod哈).梭拢pajama 10K Run的地方差不多7:45am,没咋个warm up,只稍微
stretch了一下，就混到人堆堆头切等到了．
1st mile是比较慢的classical country music,10:30 的pace,权当热身，然后音乐就
变成比较快的pop,速度也慢慢提起来,前4miles的average pace按原计划到了9:30
后两miles出了点问题,本来是计划用8:30的pace跑完后两miles,这样的话整个时间就是
55mins.结果当我从4th mile加速跑到大约4.5mile的时候,小腹右下就有点痉挛,开始我
还想撑过去,到5th mile的mark时实在难受,只好慢下来,基本呈power walking的状态直

How about English? Here is an example:
I shot an elephant wearing my pajamas.
Did I use gun to shoot an elephant?
Did I wear my pajamas or did the elephant wearing my pajamas?
Or did I use camera to shoot an elephant?
Actually here you can apply some logic and get the most plausible
explanation that I am wearing my pajamas since elephant can't fit in my
pajamas and I am more likely use camera to shoot a wild animal than to kill
it because of the law.

今年在Kohl's 还是没少下单的，感觉价钱都很不错。Nijia也买了，老公一共买了3双
