想做糖醋排骨,网上狗了一通,发现个简单易做的方子,经实践,果然好做又好吃,味
道足卖相好。特来向大家推荐。要用到醋,所以不能用传统铁锅,我用了dutch oven,
对原方也做了些改动:
材料:
猪肋排500克(我用的是spare rib斩小块)
调味料:
陈醋4大匙,砂糖2又1/2大匙,细盐1/4小匙,生抽1小匙,老抽1/2小匙
糖醋排骨制作方法:
1.猪肋排斩成小块,用清水浸泡约20分钟,中途反复换水以去血水,直至排骨变为粉白
色。
2.将排骨放入锅内,加入清水(80ml)水量仅至排骨的2/3处,加锅盖中火煮约2分钟至
排骨变色。
3.将排骨盛出沥水,排骨汤留在原锅里。
4.dutch oven烧热1大匙油,中火放入排骨翻炒约1分钟。(时间不用久)
5.炒好的排骨加入陈醋4大匙,约至排骨的1/3处。
6.加锅盖,用小火焖约5分钟。开盖让醋汁收干一些。
7.同时在过程3的排骨汤内加入盐,生抽,老抽,砂糖,拌匀烧开。
8.将上述加了调料排骨汤倒入dutch oven内,水量仅至排骨的2/3处。
9.加锅盖,用小火焖5分钟,再打开锅盖收汁。
10.最后汤汁收至浓稠即可上菜。

AM snack:
coffe and nuts * 6
AM snack 2 (still hungry)
yogourt and frozen blueberry
Lunch:
Luobo Paigu Tang & coffee
PM snack: orange
Dinner: nuts; tomato&egg; celery&chicken; tofu; soup; ... a lot of kinds; small portion;
