付的会比20年贷款利息多一些。
所有这些在Excel里面很容易算，360行，每行有beginning balance, monthly paid,
principal paid, interest paid, ending balance
Monthly paid 都一样，interest paid=beginning balance*monthly rate, principal

In US, some years big corp tax is 0.
