我觉得这里有这个问题有两方面，一是我女儿不愿表演，一是老师说话过份。
第一个问题，我不指望音乐老师能解决女儿的问题，但让她提供个机会并不过分，其他
孩子也有一样的机会。女儿不愿弹说明我们做父母和老师的还有工作要做，就是多鼓励
她，多和她谈谈。
第二个问题，我希望能向老师指出。如果是老美，他们会怎么做呢？我不想太委屈自己
，建设性的意见大家都想听，但老师这么说除了羞辱孩子没有一点意义。 |

我的文采并不算好，但却是一个比较真实的留学生的故事。中国现在与世界的交流越来
越强，来美国也已经变得容易很多了，但我相信，还是有那部分人对真实的美国生活有
所好奇，于是，一直潜水2年的我换了个ID来这儿说说我的生活。
本人算是80后，在国内读了算是重点大学的本科和研究生，其实一直以来都没有想到出
国，最后出来也完全是学校的一次交流机会，本质上就是拿着所谓“访问学者”的签证
来给这儿的老板做“廉价”的工作。来到美国已经2年半了，回顾这2年半，在美国主要

wages,salaries,tips,etc.) 还是填在line6(total wages and scholarships exempt
by a treaty from page2)呢？有点困惑
还有w2表上已经withhold了联邦税和州税，我在1040nr-ez上填的收入需要加上这些吗
？还是就填w2上box1已经扣税之后的收入呢？

因为看着填1040两个人可以退那$800，1040NR就不能退那$800。
如果填Nonresident的话，我的medical tax和social security tax可以退吗？
还有nonresident，是不是夫妻不能联合报税，只能分开报？

我的问题是：在填1040nrez的时候
1）第3项（wages, salaries, tips,etc）是填w2上的对应那栏数字吗？
2）第6项（total income exempt by a treaty from page2, item j(1)(e)），我应该
take5000的，但是2010年没有take，这项是填0吗？
3）第13项（exemption）,instruction上说3650，我是要填3650，还是8650？
4）我需要附上2010年的8233表吗？

1.1040，
2.8833，和
3.1040NR的page2，用来说明自己身份，以继续享受tax treaty
自己用turbotax试了一下，有张1042s表不知道该怎么处理？另外，还生成了8863，是因为有个1098T。这个也可以报上去吗？

我跟先生都在美国工作，所以C 是0， H应该是1，但根据要求得填写page2的 Two-
earners/Multiple Jobs worksheet，H就得update成0，这个时候就要参考table1和
table2决定 line 6 in page1。。。 |

第一页，就是个cover page,联系地址什么的
第二页，貌似rfe的开始，但是没有标明页码，主要是定义E11 immigrant

第三页，注明是page2 (让我奇怪，因为到page 5就没有了，不是信上说的共有6页）。
该页的结构很奇怪
首先提出两点：
