我很爱的我孩子，精心给她选择玩具和书籍，和大家也一样。
现在看到各大网站疯狂促销leapfrog。我拼命的抵制诱惑，对自己说，哪怕白送，也不
能要。我想很多人都不会同意我这个观点。但是纵观周围的孩子，再联系我们自己想想
，捧着各式pad的孩子，谁说话都不理，其他玩具书籍都懒的搭理，一门心思的捧pad。
当然，不排除有例外，也许有对pad有自制力的或者不喜欢pad的孩子。但是看着各种
pad铺天盖地的涌入孩子们的市场，我真的忧心忡忡。
我很老土，觉得还是积木，乐高，拼图，小车，娃娃，最妙最好。确切的说，我觉得没
光，没电的玩具最好，虽然光电玩具更容易吸引孩子，但那种闪耀的彩色光，那并不总
和谐的midi音乐，就如同在用麦当劳肯德基喂孩子一样。孩子爱吃但没营养。
我承认，pad可以帮助学习，有很多resource。但是，衡量利弊，我还是要对pad说no。
大自然中那么多的山川河流，伟岸精致。书架上那么多的深入浅出，包罗万象。玩具中

发帖数: 1327 | 4 第一次是一年前，一辆用了8年的马自达mx-5，刹车出现噪音，决定自己试一下换brake
rotors和pads。
当时O’Reilly有一个coupon，好象是前500位100块钱减50块钱，所以急急匆匆去买了
rotors、pads，还有千斤顶，反正都是买的有discount的东西，事后证明这些东西质量
太差了。Rotors好象质量差别不太大，pad当时选了一个silver级别的semi-metal，盒
子上面写着大大的ultra performance with extremely low dust，结果那个dust真得
太多了，过两个星期不洗车轱辘上面就积了一层黑色的dust，买的千斤顶用了一次就有
些弯了。因为coupon的原因，退起来特别麻烦，只能自己认了。
第一次换rotor的时候，有一个固定caliper的螺丝死活弄不下来，因为在Rotor内侧空
间有限制，最后怕把这个螺丝弄花了或者弄断了，就把rotor留在上面没有换，这一点
事后证明不是太好，换上去的pad在急刹车的时候还是有噪音，可能和那个pad质量不太
好也有关系。

发帖数: 518 | 8 对，但我以前都换，即使rotor还很厚，主要是因为自己不能打磨，有些pad比较软，
rotor不平会把新pad磨的不平，导致刹车抖。德国车一般都建议一起换，否则确实有可
能出问题，日本车如果motor厚度够一般直接换pad就行，不用换rotor，也不用打磨.我
想是不是德国车追求性能，pad较软，刹车性能好但不耐磨，需要和motor一起换，日本
车比较实用，pad材料较硬，motor有轻微不平也不会导致pad非正常磨损，不平？

发帖数: 62 | 9 我赞同这个观点。没必要把pad说成洪水猛兽。重要的不是玩不玩pad，是家长在pad上
给小孩装了什么样的app。好的app，每天10来分钟，既帮助孩子学习知识，又帮助孩子
培养学习兴趣。我不觉得这样有什么问题。
那如果pad上有各种各样的游戏，控制不住，也不能赖到娃和pad身上，只能问为什么要
装这些了。
尤其是对于父母工作都很忙的双职工家庭，很多时候是做不到大把时间坐下来跟孩子一
起学习的。pad上的app可以让孩子按照自己的pace来学习，是个很好的帮助。 |

发帖数: 840 | 10 最近刚换了后轮的一对BRAKE PADs
工具： JACK， JACK STAND, LUG WRENCH, SOCKET WRENCH, CLAMP
具体步骤参见http://www.youtube.com/view_play_list?p=00E9B2CAC5037DD9
1. 用JACK把车支起来，然后用JACK STAND撑好
2. 用LUG WRENCH把轮胎拆下 （一般后备箱的底部有随车备好的WRENCH和SCISSOR JACK
）
3. 用SOCKET WRENCH把CALIPER松开，从ROTOR上移开，由于不能完全拆下，把它用绳子
固定到车身上，
4. 吧BRAKE PAD拆下，把需要润滑的地方重新上油。我在AMAZON买的BRAKE PADS，自己
带了润滑油。
5. 吧新的PAD装上
6. 打开BRAKE FLUID的盖子，用CLAMP把CALIPER上的用来压PADS的装备压回去
7. 吧CALIPER装回ROTOR，拧好螺丝
8. 装回轮胎
9. 所有BRAKE PADS换好，轮胎装回去以后， 吧BRAKE FLUID的盖子拧好

因为auto repair store没有这个牌子。找到一家允许自己带brake pad去换的，但告诉
我说因为是自己的pad，就不能给他们通常情况下能给的warranty。
请问这个warranty没有的话问题大吗？没有什么关系的话就打算趁这个memorial节日网
上买四块pad了。

有个坑，影响Rug的外观。如果把Pad垫在地毯上，再放Rug这个问
题就没有了。是什么原理呢？

。查了一下看到网上也说bumper pad会增加chance of strangulation or suffocation

问题是这样：
在倾斜混凝土面上立wide flange column，一个选择是浇个小的混凝土Pad，得到水平
面，然后放柱、base plate，浇grout；另一个说法是，不浇混凝土pad，直接浇grout
pad就行了，5 Star Non-thrink Grout。
问问大家，不用混凝土Pad可以吗？？在坡度上base plate以下需要厚度约为 1-6
inches。

肯定不是正宗的泰式pad thai
但是绝对是正宗的American pad thai!!!
干pad thai粉 温水泡上
蒜切碎，葱切段
胡萝卜切丝 绿豆芽洗净
鸡肉切丝
一个鸡蛋
鱼露 （我没有，就用 海鲜酱 蚝油 代替） 生抽 糖 辣椒酱
热油爆香蒜碎 煸炒鸡肉至变色
这时候粉应该已经半软了 控水放锅里煸炒至柔软又不失筋道的程度
（如果总是不够软 可以稍微加点水）
粉基本好了之后下面的动作就要快 以免粉煮过头
迅速按自己口味加入调料 拌匀 把粉拨到一边 放一个鸡蛋在锅里炒熟
然后放胡萝卜 豆芽 葱段
所有东西拌匀 出国
上面再撒一点花生碎就更好啦
