Cranberry Juice排出来了，要我不妨试试。我当天下班就去Costco买了那种2大罐绑一
起的Cranberry Juice回家狂喝，结果第二天早上石头就排出来了。拿着石头去医院和

因.
肾结石之中的一种结石, calcium stones, 它的引发原因之一, 是过多的动物蛋白摄入
, 使得urine PH值小于6.0, 而更容易产生结晶, 结晶可以发展成结石.
