小弟我去年是opt身份 退税不小心用了turbotax ，所以多refund了$7xx的education
credit 之后只好又file了1040x 等待漫长的5个月。。终于收到IRS的信 结果被告知要
refund给我$5xx ，并且irs在信里面说之前第一次file上去的时候 education credit
就 never applied。这也太神奇了 我明明每个数字都列在1040里面了， $7xx 写的清
清楚楚 我还double check了第一次file出去的pdf。 这个$5xx的数字 是因为我多
refund了$7xx 但是之后由于1040x 重新用的学生身份报税 有$5000的 exemption ，而
且 deduction 由standard 变为 itemized，所以有了100多的差额 我才应该owe $5xx,
实在没法理解为毛IRS refund给我这笔钱
于是我打了个电话 在等待了45分钟 然后不会算数的大妈customer service又让我hold

我的新工作在owings mills上班，有两岁小孩,要租个2－bedroom。我自己不太放心开
高速,希望能住的近一点，LD有可能5月份到U of Maryland,所以cockeysville这样靠北
部的就最好不考虑了.希望我LD commute时间不要超长。Catonsville这个地方从地图上
看位置还行,不知道这个区域具体怎么样?Ellicott City 是不是太贵了?
另外,小孩上daycare也希望大家能给些建议. 在找不到daycare青黄不接的时候,家里人
会来帮忙救急,所以希望最好还是能住在华人多一点的区域,让老人不要太无聊,连个白
天聊天说话的人也没有.
