immigrants who came to this country illegally as kids.
The 218-209 vote Wednesday would undo a program President Barack Obama
announced in 2012 called Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals.
The program has extended work permits and temporary protection from

第一， 最高法院现在判决的是几个州关于禁止同性婚姻的case，也就是把那几个州关
于禁止同性婚姻的各州法律给否决了。 这种否决，使得这个判决做为基点法律，大家
都得遵守。
但是，你判定的同性婚姻成为法律后，就可能和其它法律特别是宪法冲突。比方，天主
教的教义所教导和尊从的婚姻就是一男一女的婚姻。而宪法对宗教的信仰是明确保护的
。那么，在宪法保护下的宗教信仰中的异性婚姻就和这次判决的同性婚姻明确抵制。这
样，有人就会控告州政府乱发同性婚姻结婚证而对抗宗教教义而没有履行宪法对宗教的
保护。要求州政府履行宪法对宗教的保护而废除同性婚姻。但州政府肯定不干，官司就
会被一步一步打到最高法院。到时，会不会最高法院再判决出个5：4的结果又据场把同
性婚姻的判决给overturn了，我不知道，估计你也不可能知道。
那么你告诉我，如果这个官司最后折腾到了最高法院去以后打赢了，是不是就把周五最

“overturn”。那好，我们就再讨论这个 "overturn"!
首先， overturn的方法可以由最高法院直接自己overturn. 自1780年以来，最高法院
自己overturn case多了去了。有些是直接overturn的，有些则是通过另外一个case的
判决来overturn 或者 override了以前的判例。 其实，这种现象不光在最高法院有，
在联邦各地区法院，和各州地方法院多的是。压根就不需要critical.
其次，通过国会修法或者另外立法照样可以oveturn. 事实上，国会参众两院天天都在
干这方面的事，他们自然明白反映大多数人民意的事该不该，要不要和怎么去立法与修
法。那些人都tmd的是人精，如果需要，明天他们就可以搞，如果他们愿意，一个会期
就可以通过。因为在强大的民意面前，这些人个个tmd都是孙子。
再次， 国会通过立法或者修法overturn，压根不需要，也不是修改宪法。因为这只是
