先说明，我也算经历了很多，只是就事论事，每个人的体会可能不一样。

acetaminophen overdose causes liver dysfunction.
ibuprofen overdose is harmful for kidney.
Follow dose direction, both of them are safe.
相比之下，ibuprofen也就是advil,motrin的好处是，药效时间长，6-8小时，而
tylenol只有4个小时，灌小孩吃药很痛苦。再就是ibuprofen退烧效果更好些，多数孩
子是这样的。

全篇文章都是认同跑步的好处，但是提醒过渡锻炼可能和心脏病有关联。
一些网友跳出来羞辱讽刺。我无所谓。文章总有喜欢和不喜欢的。
Rodimus对该帖极为不满，说running版不欢迎这类文章,封了很难看。同时说置顶文章
有类似讨论了。
我发帖反驳，问他是不是私人俱乐部，不允许公开发帖，同时要他拿出白底黑字的版规
看我违反了哪一条。我说我读了置顶文章，要么是空连接，要么内容不相同。
Rodimus 根本拿不出任何版规，居然发帖说我是受虐狂。
我发帖反驳说他动不动冒充全版不欢迎新人，还无根据威胁封人，是虐待狂。
Rodimus恼羞成怒，把我的帖子和后面更贴的对话全删了。

吃了多少，怎么overdose了呢
norcotics都会产生一些皮肤瘙痒问题，不能算是过敏
但overdose确实会抑制呼吸
小心呀，别吃这么多，vicodin吃多了小心acetaminophen的肝中毒，那个更严重！
听你说半身麻抖。。。不是中风就好 |
