leadership. But I feel high EQ is closer to high self-esteem, better emotion
/temper control, strong ability to understand yourself, balance your life.
find your position in this world. It's nothing to do with outspoken or not.
High EQ eventually should bring happiness, peace, and self-satifisfaction.

. 同事得朝夕相处, VP是别的分支的但是有紧密和作.
我自己很忙, 不缺活干. 那个VP也无非是要我们部门给他这给他那, 比原来的那个VP的
要求更多, 我好象也得不到什么好处, 无非更忙. 不知道这种关系是不是就不紧不慢的
处着, 应付下, 还是应该高度热情的去处.
