2011年11月号刊登韓德森（Scott J. Henderson）的文章说，美国和西方对中国的观察
，通常基于政府政策的演变、外交关系、实力重组等因素，但还有另一个有用的参照物
，那就是军队的外语培训。
早在1949年，中国人民解放军就在洛阳建立了外语学院，作为培养国防语言人才的摇篮
。现在洛阳“解放军外语大学”已经培养了5万多名毕业生，担负起军事翻译、军事外
交、国际反恐、联合国维和行动等各项工作。从该校的课程设置可知，这是一所培训(
能破解密碼的)多种语言人才的军事情报学府。

其实写outline是人之常情， 会不会去填充骨肉就看热情与否了。 你看人没写的，
不代表没想过。
美国这里老中地位低下， 动力不足很正常。 我在国内的时候每期science/nature全
看， 好吧， 至少看个abstract, 靠神侃／见识广博骗来两封院士推荐信。 来美以
后group talk没有实在data出来谁听你蹩脚英文， 从此以后只看PRL & PRB了。

Basically, she outlined the problems with the euro perfectly, that Germany
would chafe at the inevitable need for greater inflation, and that the
poorer countries would inevitably be uncompetitive and need bailouts that
would not easily be forthcoming.

are not the target of a surveillance program does not make it okay. The US
Person / foreigner distinction is not a reasonable substitute for

现的伊朗、俄罗斯做出的减少美元结算石油的结果。美国经济问题不是生产而是金融即
美元问题。货币总要有物质支撑，对美元来说，因为美国自己已失去实体生产及相应的
民族工业能力，如果失去中东从而失去石油支撑，它就得另寻一笔类似苏联解体而释放
出的巨量浮财以垫底。以美国白宫官僚买办们以往的经验，这笔浮财只可能来自中国—
—19世纪中叶清王朝和印度帝国被欧洲列强击垮后释放出的浮财曾挽救了欧洲的政治危
机并在欧洲造成了一个“维多利亚时代”（Victorian era，1837～1901年）。由此便
有了希拉里“战略东移”的政策。但希拉里也面临着巨大风险，由于中东失控，历史留
