1. Summa Cum Laude from a decent university in US;
2. Decent LSAT score;
3. President of the CGSA.
I believe the last one is the most critical factor in his getting the
scholarship from UMich.
It's irrefutable that he is pretty good. On the other hand, he likely
benefited from sources to which most people don't have access as to how to
walk this path. A perspicacious pointer at the right time makes all the
difference.

现在很多人说自己的情况，问大家是否可以申报。我也接到很多邮件。
这也是我之前一直做得，可是问了半天，也没人给个准话。其实，这事谁也不知道，直
接问board吧，他们就给发个非常general的信，根本不对你的case具体分析。况且在这
种情况下，即使别人否了你，你也不甘心啊！还想试一试。
我后来的经验是，交了所有的钱，交了所有的申请，这时候他们回答你的问题就不一样
了，因为是你的case了。并且会给你个结果。

针对一些问题补充一下：
我学历的翻译是ECE做得，我学校就是写得pharmacy，他们翻译成pharmaceutical
science,也过了。
我没有寄出原件给ECE,是复印件扣上学校的章，跟当年申请学校一样；李老师的信是找
这边中国城的公证公司翻译公证的，李老师的信息是从雅虎group里找到的。
寄完材料，假如需要补材料，board和ECE都很及时的跟你联系，态度很好。打电话很容
易找到人。
